there are birds outside chirping and it's weird because of how early it is. usually they start up around four thirty.

Drummer Girl by Lisa Jenn Bigelow

so it's like,,,,this girl goes to music camp and she meets this other girl who plays guitar and she has a crush on her and it's really awkward and cute since they're both like 12

The Girl who Drank the Moon by Kelly Barnhill

it's an adorable fantasy. so basically, I can't go into detail because it'll take to long. but it's like,,,this girl who was abandoned in the woods is raised by a witch named Xan who accidentally feeds her moonlight instead of starlight. there's also a miniature dragon and a volcano and an insane woman.

Red, White, and Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston

enemies to lovers. gay love story between the son is the president of the USA and the prince of somewhere in England. there's gay smut in it too. very good. would recommend.

The Rise and Fall of the Gallivanters by M. J. Beaufrand

holy SHIT this book was good. so it's this high school punk band in the 80's in Portland and like,,,,the enter this competition. battle of the bands level shit. they have to take down this brewery that keeps kidnapping young girls and shit. also it's so fucking interesting. not to mention the dark cloud, Marr I think?, that follows our dear protagonist around. d e p r e s s i o n.

Still Life with Crows by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child

this was my first horror book and holy fucking shit. it's so good. like, so basically people all around this little Kansas town are ending up dead and mangled or missing. so a detective comes in with the police chief. and it's this woman's son who lives in a cave. it's,,,,,brutal, if you're into that. i sure as hell am. i've re-read it six times.

My Little Pony: Adventures in Ponyville

my little cousin says it's a great comic book so read it because everyone likes my little pony!
