As Ruby was fling form the launchpad and she accidentally hit a bird
Ruby: Birdie, no!
Ruby fires off a few rounds from Crescent Rose to slow her down, then Crescent Rose turns its scythe form to catch the branch of a tree in her blade and falls downward at a slower pace.
Ruby (thinking): Gotta find Yang! Gotta find Yang, gotta find Yang, gotta find... (shouting)Yang! Yaaaang! Oh, this is bad, this is really bad... What if I can't find her? What if someone finds her first? Well, there's always Jaune. He's nice. He's funny! ...I don't think he's very good in a fight, though. Ooh! What about Blake?! So mysterious, so calm... Plus she likes books! Then again, I'm not sure I'd be able to hold a conversation with her... Ugh! Ohh! Francis seems to be a good fighter and he's nice... yup Francis or Yang (shakes her head of daydreams) Okay... Who else do I know in this School? There's Yang, Jaune, Blake, Francis, aaaand...
Ruby slow down and stop when she then she looks at the person in front of her only to see Weiss
Francis Pov
As Francis was launched as he was falling down he uses his semblance on his feet and fire start come out and he safely landed on the forest
Francis( thinking ): now where to go

As Francis was walking towards the ruins he sees smoke from afar and immediately runs to the detection form the show when he arrived he see the apart of the forest on fire
Francis: what the heck happened here ( he gathered all the fire ) now where to put all of this
Change Sense
Ruby: What was that?! That should've been easy!
Weiss: Well perhaps if you had exercised even the slightest amount of caution with the placement of your strikes, I wouldn't have set the forest on fire!
Ruby: (scoffs) What's that supposed to mean?
Weiss: I'm just surprised someone who talks so much would communicate so little during an encounter!
Ruby: Well, I'm sorry you need my help to win a fight. I'm just fine on my own!
Weiss: Well, congratulations on being the strongest child to sneak your way into Beacon. Bravo!
As the two a both we're arguing A Fireball came out of the forest that was ignited by Weiss and Ruby
Ruby: what was that( looks at the forest to see the fireball slowly go up and disappear
Weiss(sarcastically): Fire
Ruby: what's not what I meant come we have to help them
Weiss: they well be fine we have to pass the initiation
Ruby: Fine
Francis pov
Francis collected all the fire from the burning trees and shot it upwards so people to notice but grim only came and more starts to come
Francis: ohh I think I maybe made a mistake( a grim lunge beside him only to be hit in the face with a fireball and fireball that was fired to reveal Francis's fist ) is that all you can do ( grim started to charge at him ) pff. too easy ( Francis stomp both his feet on the ground and an earth wall cover Francis and the grim hit the wall and knocked out then Francis pulls out ares in sword form and lowered the wall and starts decapitating the grim) well that was easy now... Where direction to the ruins
