DALYM SIN"You really forgot?" He asks curiously, after I ask him what had happened. Swallowing, I nod with an embarrassed flush to my cheeks.
"I'm sorry— I usually don't remember things after I drink."
"People usually don't forget me." He says, sounding genuinely confused. But somehow the look on his face is growing more happy for some reason. "Do you remember my name, at least? I told you that as well. Last night."
My cheeks flush an even deeper shade.
"N-No. Sorry." The only thing I remembered about him seemed to be his voice, but that might as well be nothing. "Nothing much happened, right?"
"A lot happened yesterday." He says softly, but then bursts into an angelic smile when I look up in panic. "No, it's alright. It's not what you're thinking of."
"Thank God." I say, blowing out a relieved breath. "I thought I made a mistake or something while I was drunk. I'm sorry— I usually don't drink like that."
"Don't apologize."
Then he tilts his head to the side. His dark locks spill over his forehead, and onto his eyes, and I have to push down a sudden urge to touch his hair. It looks so soft.
"My name's Jimin." He says, and then laughs quietly. When I look at him in question, he shakes his head.
"I just— I never thought. You're the first one I've ever repeated something to. And my name."
He seems delighted.
"I— uh, need to get back to my shift." I say, fixing my apron. "Enjoy the drink, okay? And I guess I'll see you later, Jimin."
He smiles. But by the time I get back in the café and look over my shoulder to see if he's still there, he's gone— like he'd never been there in the first place.

It's raining.
Are you kidding me right now?
It's the end of my shift, and now I'm just blankly staring at the darkness outside. Rain pours down on the ground, and I swallow as I finally wrap my jacket tight around my shoulders.
I'd just have to get home all wet tonight.
But then someone calls me, and I turn on my feet with widened eyes. It's Jimin— and I lose all words as he smiles and waves, umbrella in his hand.
His eyes are bluer than before, almost glowing in the rain.
"Jimin!" I quickly rush to him, and he pulls me under the dark umbrella. "Were you waiting for me all this time? It's raining!"
"I like the rain." He says lightly, and I just look at him shocked. His dark hair's wet, along with the rest of his clothes. "The umbrella is for you."
"T-Thanks." I say, but then realize what I'm doing when I take the umbrella he hands me. "I mean no! You're going to catch a cold— you're literally soaked."
"I don't mind." He says, but I shake my head and force the umbrella over both of us. I wasn't about to let him walk around in the rain and get sick because of me.
