Monday...
"he was hot" Bronte says bouncing around. The thought of his chiseled jawline that could cut a brick in half and his messy hair sweeping across his face came to mind. I nod my head "hotter than a JET STREAM BURNIN' UP!" We quote one direction.
"but ugh" I say kicking my head back "did you see his musclessssss!"
"yasssss" she says laughing.
Rrrriiinggggg
I hear the school bell.
"another boring day" I sigh
I say goodbye to Bronte and make it to class just by the second bell.
"good morning class!" my teacher happily cheers. The class groans. I almost laugh at sirs' effort.
"poor guy" I think
"today's lesson will be more on the topic of... romanticism"
The class groans once more.
"Ah" he looks slightly saddened "kids, romanticism is fun. We look at the world in it's natural beauty and survey our surroundings. Think about it, where is your favourite place to be?"
Courtney, a skinny blond-haired girl puts her hand up.
"Courtney" he gestures at the girl
"the beach, sir"
"see? the beach is part of nature. Most of the things around us are nature. The trees, the sky, the flowers and even the beach! so don't say that romanticism is boring. No, romanticism is...... freedom"
The periods up until lunch went quite quick after that. But finally, the lunch bell rings.
I head to the cafeteria to sit and eat lunch. After scanning the cafeteria, I finally find Bronte sitting at a table near the back. I head towards her and sit down.
"Hey!" she says tipping her head forward
I laugh and mimic her action as I grab my lunch out of my bag.
All of a sudden, I feel a big thump next to me. I whip my head around to see a familiar face next to me.
"Koby!?" I shout "what the hell are you doing here?!"
I look to Bronte, she looks just as confused as I am.
Koby shrugs his shoulders and with a cheeky giggle, finally says "I wanted to surprise you... Surprise!"
"Wait, surprise me? Wait, what!? Are you transferring!?"
He nods his head as I jump on my seat excitedly.
Koby definitely got some flirty looks from Courtney and her gang, and well - the whole of the girls in the cafeteria. I couldn't blame them, he was gorgeous.
"So how did this happen?" I ask excitedly
"well, you told me your school the other day and I already knew I was transferring so yeah haha, I didn't want to tell you so it would be a surprise!" he shouts surprise just like the first time.
