Moana's pov
I chirped happily when y/n nuzzled me, we were both currently in our Kaiju forms and he was taking care of me after our mating "he's such a great mate" I thought as he licked me gently on the head.
I sighed in complete relaxation and laid my head on his chest, his tail curled around my slightly smaller body and his dorsal fins glowed a calming blue to keep me warm. I sighed and looked up at him making he tilt his head silently asking me what was wrong.
Me: I think we should go back to Beacon
Y/n: "grunts but nods" I guess but we'll go back tomorrow for now "lick her head" you need to rest
I giggled and snuggled into his chest before slowly closing my eyes, falling into a peaceful and calming sleep along side my king and mate.
Timeskip
No-ones pov
You groaned stretching out your arms being after turning back in your human form felt nice. Moana held your hand as you both walked into the dorm room and your team immediately surrounded you asking if you and Moana were ok.
y/n: were fine "frowns" I wanted to say sorry for what happened
Gaterra: "sighs" y/n it wasn't your fault you didn't know this was going to happen
Rodanna: yeah y/n it happens to every Kaiju!
JR walked into the room and froze when he saw you, his lip trembled before his eyes filled with tears. Running at you full speed, kneeling down you opened your arms and he sobbed into your chest and clung to you as you held him.
JR: PAPA I MISSED YOU!
Y/n: "chuckles" I missed you too son
He giggled and reached for Moana and she happily took him into her arms making you smile seeing everyone was ok and safe before realizing.
They are more than a team there a family.......
