Taehyung stared at Seokjin whose eyes were fixated on the tattoo designs.

"Jin, are you sure about this?" He waited for a response but the older male never replied. His eyes carefully scanned the sketches. "Yah Jin, do you hear me?" He shook his shoulder.

"Don't yah me, I hear you." he poked Taehyung's nose. "I'm positively sure about this." He said making eye contact. He took Taehyung's hand and gave him a peck on the lips before looking back at the designs. "I like this one, what do you think?" He pointed to a deep red heart with black flames around it.

Taehyung tilted his head. "It's nice but I think it would look better if it was purple."

Seokjin chuckled. "Of course it would." He turned to the tattoo artist. "I'm ready."

She stood up walking over to them. "You found one?"

"Yes, I like this heart design, can I have it purple instead of red?"

She looked where he pointed and nodded as she took down the board. She placed it on the counter.

"Ok and you wanted it on the back of your shoulder, right?" Seokjin nodded. "Any words?"

"Yes, I want it to say Eternal Love Tae and Jin."

Taehyung's eyes widened as the tattoo artist smiled widely.

He pulled Seokjin's arm making him look at him. "Are you sure, you want that? I mean after I-"

Seokjin cupped his face and kissed his lips. "That was a year ago and we're still here going strong. There's nothing that can break us apart. Our love is forever."

Taehyung blinked his tears away and Seokjin held him close rubbing his back.

"I want this one." He told her.

She nodded. "What type of font?"

He turned to Taehyung and stroked the back of his head. "Pick the font babe."

"Me?" his heart raced. "You want me to pick it out?"

"This is for us so I picked out the design and you can pick the font."

"Ok..." He trailed off staring at the all the beautiful stylish fonts. He cleared his throat and saw a bold, italic cursive font. He immediately pointed to it. "How about this one? Will it go?"

She nodded. "It sure will. So is this the one you want?"

Taehyung turned to his boyfriend. "Is it?"

"I love it." He kissed Taehyung's forehead making him relax and smile.

"Alright, I'll draw a quick sketch, take off your shirt and sit here." She told him as they went into the back room.

He handed his shirt to Taehyung before straddling the seat. Taehyung gnawed his bottom lip, his eyes shifted from the tattoo artist to a relaxed Seokjin who was looking at his phone.

He took a deep breath to release some built up anxiety. "Are you sure Jin? You don't mind getting my name tattooed on you?"

"Why would I babe?" He shrugged. "You're the only one I will ever love and I want everyone to know you're mine and mine only."

Taehyung's heart melted and he sniffled a bit as Seokjin gave him a big smile. "Maybe I should get a matching one."

"Don't even think about it, your mom will literally kill you if you do." he laughed as Taehyung sighed.

"True..."

"I'm getting it on the back of my shoulder, so I can hide it if I want to. My mom may be against it but I'm eighteen and paid for it myself. She'll be fine." he shrugged.

Taehyung chuckled. "But your mom is way more lenient than mine, so she'll learn to like it eventually, not my mom."

"I wonder how she'll take it when you tell her that we're moving in together after you graduate high school."

Taehyung groaned. "I don't even wanna think about the headache that's coming. She'll complain that we're too young." He rolled his eyes.

"How long have you two been dating?" The tattoo artist asked.

"Since Tae was thirteen and I was fourteen," Seokjin replied.

She giggled. "You two are so cute and such relationship goals! You're really not afraid to get your boyfriend's name tatted on you?"

"Nope," Seokjin answered confidently. "TaeTae and I are going to be together forever. I'm not gonna let anyone else have him."

The tattoo artist uwued, Taehyung's face became red. She smiled at Taehyung.

"You're truly lucky, many of us ladies dream to find a guy like him." She giggled making his blush spread to his neck and ears. "I wish you two all the luck in your future and may your tattoo be the symbol of your undying love."

"Thank you." Seokjin smiled and held his hand out to Taehyung. He smiled placing his hand in his boyfriend's as they stared into each other's eyes. "This tattoo will symbol our love as well as our happiness."

"Yes." He leaned over and kissed Seokjin's lips.

People often told them young love didn't last forever but Taehyung truly felt he was fortunate enough to meet his soulmate early in life.
