The sound of the chirping birds was heard outside she try to open her eyes but failed to do so her head is giving her a hangover for drinking so many last night. Now she regret it because of the headache. Then she remember that she dream about cloud kissing her. "What a weird dream…" as she try to sit up she feel sore especially down there. And now she felt a cold wind pass through her body and then she looked at herself thinking why she was naked. And she saw her clothes to the floor with a guys clothes also on the floor. Then it hit her that she was not dreaming last night then who was the guy. As she looked down to her stomach a strong arms is wrapped to her body. The she looked at the left side of the bed notice a blonde strands of hair sticking out of the blanket. Tifa was afraid that she sleeps with a stranger from the party and being a fiancé of the Vincent it was not right of her. Now her life is in ruined. Then she cried. Cloud stirred from his sleep. "Oh no Vincent will not forgive me on this sleeping with a blonde stranger! What will happen now to our marriage this weekend?" With that Tifa panicked between her sobs without knowing that she wakeup the blonde guy beside her and get irritated on what she said after what happened last night o hell no he will not let this Vincent guy marry his Tifa. Because Tifa is only his. And with that he spokes. "So what if he will not marry you I can marry you" Tifa looked at the guy beside her. She was shocked seeing a mako blue eyes besides her. She try to register what happened and it seems like what she thought was a dream was indeed real. Then theres a knock on the door. That brings her back in her trance as she was afraid of being caught in the act of having an affair with someone. But cloud was not someone he is her childhood friend, best friend the guy she loved for all of her life. She immediately gathered her clothes and dress up and give cloud her clothes. Then she looked at cloud. "Please wear them and go there's an exit through the balcony." And with that she exited the room. Cloud could not believe on what he had heard. They were fine last night but now how it turned out this way as he look down the red stains on her bed sheets indicated that he was his first. Now he wanted to know why she is pushing him away. Cloud dress up and go out from the door she exited not through the balcony. He want to fight for his love and that is what he gonna do. Down the dining area Tifa was greeted by yuffie and Vincent. "Are you ok why you still on your gown from last night?" Yuffie asked. Tifa try to find the words she doesn't want to lie to yuffie as she is not good at lying. "I get hangover and my headache is worsen I didn't have time to dress up for breakfast" tifa said hoping they will buy her alibi. "Ok but please don't over drink yourself next time" Vincent said in a worried tone. "By the way a friend of mine is visiting this afternoon I would like to introduce you." Vincent said. "Really who is that?" Yuffie is now interested about this friend as she guide Tifa to the dining table. After breakfast tifa go back to her room bringing a plate with her hoping that he still there but when she open the door he is nowhere to be found. She sigh and place the plate to the bedside table. "What are you doing to yourself it's not like he gonna stay here and wait for you." Tifa said to herself. She started to go the bathroom she is very lucky that she did ask the maids to not come to her room to dress her up in the morning or prepare her bath as she want to to take a rest for helping her preparing yesterday. She got out from the bath take a look to her wardrobe. Seeing she have so many dresses to choose from she chose the simplest one which is a long sleeves sky blue dress that only reach her knees and shows a little bit of her cleavage. She match it up with white doll shoes. She tie the end of her hair into her most hairstyle when she was at the seventh heaven. She put a white bow at it. Now she was down and she visited the lily pavilion and she sits down there try to read a book about love and tragedy. She closed down the book realizing it was indeed the same as her the heroine in the book saves the person she loves and died in the end. She took a sip from the tea presented to her by the maid. Then she heard voices talking she glanced at the direction her eyes fixed on the persons who arrived. It was a girl with a pink bow and a guy with a black hair and at the back was cloud in his usual attire with s buster sword at his back. She caught cloud glanced back at her. Knowing that she hid herself using the book as cover hoping cloud will not look at her. Then she try to peak again only to saw a girl with pink dress and red jacket in front of her and her eyes shifts to the man beside the girl he was wearing a same attire as cloud. And the he saw the blonde beside the guy. "Tifa!" Aerith said and hug her immediately upon seeing it was her. "I'm really right your here you also like this flower right!" Aerith said in a gleeful tone seeing her friend was doing well. Then a man with black hair speaks "I'm Zack. Zack fair aeriths lover." Zack proudly said. Tifa don't know what to do she ask them what they are doing there and Zack explain about the new sets of develop materia. Then aerith ask Tifa if she would like to have a girl talk and with that she ask cloud and Zack to leave and go on their way to meet the prince. "So Zack and you… what gonna happen to cloud now?" Tifa ask aerith. Then aerith hug her and look at her eyes. "Teef! I'm so sorry! I acted like a child thinking that I could replaced Zack with cloud but when I saw Zack again I figured out I'm still inlove with him!" Aerith said to Tifa bluntly and wishing she could forgive her on what she had done. "It's ok I already forgive you. And I forgotten about the incident also." Tifa said to aerith and then aerith ask her. "So you will come back to us right? And begin our journey?" Aerith clasp her hand excitedly waiting for Tifa's response then Tifa looked down to the floor. "I'm sorry I can't I'm bound to get married 2days from now" Tifa reveal it to aerith. That now she was shocked about it. "How about cloud did he know about it?" Aerith scared for what might Tifa replied. "According to customs of wutai if I need to break of an engagement I need to exchange a 10 of highest level materia to them. It will be a fair payment for the damages that will occur to the groom" Tifa explained. "So there no way I could stop this one I don't even have a highest materia." Tifa continues and then aerith stands and pull Tifa out of the Pavillion. "What are you doing?" Asking aerith "were getting out of here there's no way I let you marry someone who is not cloud!" Aerith said. "Even I go back I don't have my battle gear with me it was place in a storage somewhere in this palace." Tifa said in defeat. "Don't worry we will find it" and with that aerith leads Tifa away but only to be stop by yuffie "where do you think your going?" Tifa explained everything to yuffie and yuffie expression sadden and she said she will help them find the location of her battle gear if they will loose her I a fight. Aerith ready her staff as she try to stop Tifa from entering the battle. "Let's see what you can do" yuffie said. And the battle lasted for 2hrs and aerith wins. A defeated yuffie sigh and lead them to the corner of the palace where battle weapons is stored. Tifa's battle gear was indeed there she try to change her clothes and handed the blue dress to yuffie saying she was sorry that she couldn't marry her brother. And the understanding yuffie already knows about it since she was the one who bring her there in the palace at the first place. And she thought that if she make her stay there and marry her brother she will forget about cloud. But it seems not so she just wanted to help her friend about it. As to herself she doesn't even like wearing dresses and being a princess yuffie wanted to be a ninja girl and she want her brother to understand that. Now that the girls is out of the gates where usually yuffie sneaks out. Tifa and aerith thanked yuffie for helping them but in return she want to join their journey to fight this sephiroth. They go back to the lodge when they usually stays with that yuffie pay the front desk with a large sum of gil just to arrange their sleeping rooms. Aerith and yuffie have a plan to make Tifa and cloud stay together in one room without her knowing and cloud knowing as for Barrett he was happy to enjoy a room for himself alone and thank yuffie for it as for yuffie she ask for her own room.
After that the girls go out to the nearby cafe in town.
