"Slowly, slowly!" Ying Chun speaks with utmost care as she feeds a soup made out of medicinal plants which will quicken the restoration of her guest's health faster.
The entire room is dead silent as everyone's eyes are stuck on the same person, marking his every movement and gesture.
He is quiet; he hasn't spoken a word as yet. It is as if he is in a trance and his mind is concentrated on something intensely, his eyes are hazy with shades of sadness, doubts and anxiousness.
He opens his mouth and gulps down the spoonful of soup.
"His powers are awakened," Fourth Uncle said.
"When he injected himself I was scared to death!" Da Qing said remembering the moment.
"But, what is wrong with him? He has not spoken a word! It is an hour since he woke up!" Zhu Hong said impatiently as she wanted her normal and happy Yunlan back.
"Give him time, he is probably in a lot of trauma right now!" Old Chu said intently staring at his chief.
"We have no idea what happened to him, how he is here with us and why the Guardian Lantern is put off!" Ya Qing stated.
"You are worrying on how he is here? Are you not happy he is back?" Zhu Hong argued with Ya Qing.
"You know I do not mean that Zhu Hong!"
Fourth Uncle irritated, "Can you both stop! It is not the time to fight among ourselves!"
"I am just thinking what might be the condition of Dixing now and Professor Shen..." Guo trailed of.
Suddenly Zhao raised his head; Zhu Hong ran to him and shook him slightly by his shoulder, "Zhao Yunlan! Talk to me!"
However, Zhao was lost... the only thing that endlessly revolved in his mind was, "Where is Shen Wei?"
This feeling of a missing part, the emptiness inside him was killing him...
"Shen Wei..." he whispered.
Da Qing came up to him, crying, he felt helpless seeing the Boss he looked up to being this broken. Without giving a thought Da Qing hugged Zhao Yunlan tightly and cried his eyes out. Zhu Hong and Guo were weeping as well, Old Chu tried to calm Changcheng while Fourth Uncle shook his head wondering how these bad events scarred all of their lives.
"Boss... you are back... I.. we..."Da Qing spoke between his sobs.
Tears started to roll down Zhao's eyes as well, first slowly and then he burst out uncontrollably in despair.
Though Yunlan was heavily shedding tears, everyone sighed in relief that he was not sitting like a statue anymore, a reaction from him means he is aware of his surrounding and most probably the current situation.
After a while when Zhao had calmed down a little, Fourth Uncle came up to him, "Yunlan are you okay?"
Da Qing was sitting beside Zhao holding his hand tightly. Zhao looked up at the Fourth Uncle, "if I am back, Shen has to come back as well!"
It was a statement which had no connection with what Fourth Uncle had asked. Ying Chun noticed that Zhao was shivering, she grabbed a blanket and wrapped it around Yunlan, Da Qing helped her do so.
Zhu Hong was standing aside watching Yunlan, 'Your mind is stuck in Shen Wei, why can't you think for yourself once?' Zhu Hong thought.
"Let us not pester him anymore and ask him questions, he needs rest!" Old Chu suggested.
