POV: Virgil
"Fine, come in" I heard Janus and immediately opened the door, "Hey D" I use the old nickname I had for him, "Hi V" Janus tried faking a smile, failing because the room enforces truth on Janus but lies on anyone else, "You okay snakey?" I say, walking over to him, "Thomas has been feeling off... and he can't lie" I stared at Janus
POV: Patton
Virgil stares at Deceit, "H-hey kiddo" I say, trying to sound a bit more energetic, "Hi Pat" he says, a bit worried, "I-I'm so sorry!" I ran to Deceit and hugged him, stepping back when he winced, "Are you okay?!"
POV: Janus
Patton ran at me, hugging me and saying sorry, I winced as he hit my scales wrong, "Are you okay?!" Patton said worried, "Yes, you hit my scales wrong" I say, glad that I could tell the truth in my room and laying back down, "Deceit... are you alright?" Virgil says, clearly worried, "Yes Virge, I'm alright... just... tired" I lied down and curled into a ball
POV: Virgil
Janus lies down and curled into a ball, "I remember what you always said during my panic attacks, you'd always start with, 'Hey, hey'" he mimicked Janus' voice perfectly, "And I've never forgotten, it reminded me that nothing will be the same, but it'll be alright because there are always people there for me" he said, finally getting out the truth of what he'd been feeling but feeling an urge to lie, "We should all probably leave here for a bit, including you Dee, Thomas is worried" he says, feeling that feeling again
POV: Janus
Virgil had a look of worry on his face, "Patton, you should stand outside the door until we're ready" Patton stared at me, "Why?" I looked up at Virgil, "My room causes everyone who isn't me to start lying" I say with a sigh
POV: Patton
"My room causes everyone who isn't me to start lying" Deceit says with a sigh, "Oh... okay then" I say sadly, not sure of what else I could do but sit there and wait, "Oh, and you may want to help Thomas with his little... problem" Virgil says, summoning a tiny mace at 'problem', "Alrighty Virge!" I skip away, looking for Remus
POV: Virgil
"Alrighty Virge!" Patton yelled while skipping away, "Jan, Thomas needs you" Janus stares at me, urging me on, "Well... Roman needs you" I feel that tingle and feel my anxiety heighten, "Well, I..." Janus stares at me, realizing what was happening and sitting up quickly, wincing, "Woah, what are you doi-"
POV: Janus
I say up too quickly, not sure how dizzy I was, and ended up opening a cut I had made, wincing, "Woah, what are you doi-" Virgil started before I cut him off by standing and dizzily pulling Virgil with, "Sit" I said pointing right outside my door, Virgil stared at me with a blank expression, "Wait, what are those?"
POV: Virgil
I was going to sit down, looking at Janus, and saw two figures on his shoulders, "Wait, what are those?" I pointed at the figures and Janus laughed nervously, "Virgil, meet Virgil" Janus smiles and pulled the right snake off his shoulder, giving him to me, "And this little one is Remus, he's venomous and I don't want you getting hurt..." Janus started trailing off as I pet the snake in my lap, they stared at me, right into my eyes, I could swear I saw them smile, "Hey little bud" I said while Janus was clearly going off about snake shedding and how it's, "Such a pain" and, "Why can't it be easier"
POV: Thomas
I felt a sudden anxiety spike, starting to feel and anxiety attack coming, "V-Virgil" I said, unable to really do anything, the anxiety attack disappeared and I sighed, realizing something about how this one had come on, "Wait... where is Virgil again?" I said, surprised. Logan stood up, "He's with Deceit, are you alright?" I stared at the door to the darker mind palace, "I almost had an anxiety attack... but it just... vanished"
POV: Logan
"I almost had an anxiety attack... but it just... vanished" Thomas said, clearly worried, "I will go check on them" I started walking to the door, open in gut and calmly trotting through to the other door, taking notes of what could be happening.
POV: Virgil
"Jan" I said, looking up to Janus, Janus smiled and sat down in front of me, "Yes Vee?" I smiled at him, "C-Can we be friends again?" I blushed slightly
POV: Janus
"C-Can we be friends again?" Virgil said, I stared at him for a second, making sure he wasn't lying, "Y-Yeah..." I said, blushing a little, "We... we can" I smiled up at Virgil as he blushed, "But theres a problem..." I smiled softly and then felt tears well up behind my eyes at the thought of what he could possibly say was a problem
