There comes an object, slightly heavier than Shun thought. It is trapped and taped onto the following page scattered with lines of scribbled writing in leaking black ink.

As Shun's frozen fingers lay on top of the previous page, his fingertips tremble lightly and slowly crawl onto the unidentifiable object protruding beneath the layers of aluminum tape.

The gloom in Shun's eyes rises until the rest of his body suffocates in the numbness of being disheartened when he has the physical evidence laying on the table triggering memories he'd rather forget. His thumb slithers around the tip of the object. However, he taps the nail of his thumb on the smooth yet hard substance.

As the tension rises in the space of the office, Shun rubs his chin, raising an eyebrow as he begins to ponder over whether this is a gift or one of someone else's belongings. It is shaped either as suspicious weapon or a valuable object worth a fortune costing thousands of Arcas. Shun would've guessed this was given to him back in the past for some essential use somewhere in his life some time ago.

There's not much answers to why the object is handed to him and what purpose it served to him, because it's such a mystery. All Hinashi wanted him to do is to figure it out himself.

He begins to lay two of his fingers upon the top sticky tape, ready to peel it off. Shun's gut begins to tear apart and throb as he feels that this might remind of an unforgettable memory. He knows very well, someone had the audacity to secretly expose him in act of revenge and in a way Shun had to find out himself.

However, the more he spends time diving into his inner mind exploring these unrevealed answers, theories and refusing to peel the tape off, the more Hinashi will pressure him for more answers regarding the past.

Shun widens open his mouth as he inhales a large amount of air into his chest, shutting his eyes closed. As his lungs expand, he exhales the sucked air into a breathy sigh. In a second, he strips off the tape, crumbling every layer he pulled clenched inside his fist. The object, completely naked to Shun's widened eye is no stranger he discovered along his journey of trying to gain his wealth in Katsuchi.

The answer is obvious to him. The 479 inch Adam's revolver is sitting in front of him right on top of the document folder held by both his hands. Once again, he lets the folder along with the gun slip from inside his palms, falling until both objects pound the floor on a loud thud. The stapled pages remain wide open.

The last time he saw this weapon was when he was relaxing at the fishing port with his gang and two others, shooting beer bottles out of experimentation for their aiming skills in future of the rival mafia syndicates hitting them with a challange. He experienced a sight of seeing one of the men oozing with blood all over his chest, staining through his fisherman attire after a bang. That day, Shun visioned himself holding the trigger. Usually, Shun never showed remose to his victims. He spat at each new deceased victim with apathy as soon as he shoots their lives away from them with no emotion. But this time, he was sweating, his fingers were trembling and his heart was pounding against his chest like never before when he saw himself shot that very same man he knew.

"The fuck you're tryna get outta me?!" Shun ruffles his hands against his face in frustration, swallowing the words he'd wish to explode out of his mouth. "You have the balls to do this shit with me? You only live to suck the stuff I don't wanna say to your nosy ass brain... You make me feel like a monster when I was only remaining to live on my terms for my own good even if it meant I had to fuck up a person's life span one at a time. It's not my fault my home city was a messed up warfield... where else must I teleport to?"

Hinashi never responds.

"Look... I'll say it once and never again: Nagasa manipulated me for his own desire and that was it. It had nothing to do with him helping us out with our syndicate trade scene. Secondly, sure, you thought I killed him... only cuz... He had some grudge towards me after a trading deal gone wrong. Hell, I don't even know. I KNOW NOTHING! And I HATE myself for that!" As Shun screams still having his face covered in his hands, Hinashi is still frozen as stone mountain.
