Jaden Collins
I get in my Black SUV and head to school. That's reminds me, school starts on Monday for me. Yay! Note the sarcasm but there is a bright side to it though. I get to hang out with my pals everyday now.
It doesn't taken long for me to arrive through the school gates. I park my car in the parking lot and grab my gym bag, holding my football gear, from out of the back seat. I lock my car and make my way to the field. Honestly the school hasn't changed much at all since I was last here. Still looking as prickle as ever. Seriously though, they could least paint the walls.
As soon as I step foot on the field, I am tackled to the floor by my friends.
"Get off of me you dildos," I laugh, trying to push their heavy asses off of me.
"No can do," Joe smirks down at me.
"Dude get the fuck off me," I say harshly just to scare him.
"Geez, I see you're still as grumpy as ever," Joe laughs but gets off of me, Finally.
I get up and dust off the dirt from off of my clothes.
"Welcome back dude," He gives me one of those hand shake hugs that all guys do.
"Good to be back," I smile.
"Hey wussup? And why am I dead?" Darren asks. Right.
"Cause you fucking my damn sister!" I yell in his face. He looks pretty scared if you ask me.
"Oh uhm..about that," he trails off awkwardly, scratching the back of his neck. A nervous habit of his.
"I'm waiting for the explanation," I say impatiently.
"Uh..I uhm.." He stuttered looking for words.
"I'm wa--" I was rudely cut off by the coach.
"Welcome back Mr. Collins!" He says as he makes his way over to us.
"This isn't over," I whisper to Darren and then turn to coach.
"Long time no see Coach Harris. Its been a while," I say with a smile.
"It most certainly has been a while. But let's get right down to business," he says as he grabs the pen from behind his ear and hovers it above his clip board.
"That's all he ever does," Joe says sarcastically which makes everyone snicker including me.
"What was that Mr. Corban?" Coach asks and raises a brow.
Obviously Joe didn't think coach heard him cause the look on his face right now is priceless.
"Oh um..I just...I mean...I didn't..I...uh..I-I..." He stampers.
"Would you like to run some laps?"
"But-" Coach gives him a pointed look and that shuts him right up. All the while I am trying my very best not to laugh at him. He must of heard my snickers cause he elbows me right in the ribs. Just for dramatic effect, I grab the area he elbowed and start to cry out in pain.
"Ah! Oh my god. It hurts...it hurts so bad!" I cry.
"Oh my god dude are you okay?" Joe comes by my side when I collapse to the floor.
"Yeah..yeah I'm fine its just that..." I trail off just to torture him.
"Just that what?!" He asks eagerly.
"Its just that...I broke your charger," I say with a smile and then start cracking up along with the rest of the team when he pushes me by the shoulder and walks away.
"Oh god...that was good," I laugh while whipping an imaginary tear after I get off the ground.
"Dude that wasn't funny!" Joe yells at me.
"Yeah it was," I laugh.
"Man whatever."
"Can I get back to what I was doing now?" The coach asks impatiently.
"Yeah go ahead," I say in a horrible British accent and wave my hand dismissively making the team laugh once again.
"Good to see you haven't lost your sense of humor," Nathan says and pats me on the back.
"Oh I could never do such a thing," I put a hand over my heart faking hurt.
He chuckles and walks away from me.
Dang. Its good to be back home.
