Inspector LeGraund arrested the Lady because Albert, who collects antique books, knew what the Principia is about ( therefore he did not have to ask the Lady) , but Albert was working for Inspector LeGraund. Al asked the Lady about the book because he suspected her. The Lady said the the Principia is an autobiography by a European, but it is actually a book about Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy written by Newton. After inspecting the Lady's house it was discovered that she had murdered her Father in order to inherit her Grandmother's mansion.
