Living with WHO??

Mari's POV 

My parents told me to come straight home after school, so after the last class I immediately walked out saying goodbye to Alya and Nino. Adrien said he would meet me at the front after school? I was confused but I rushed to the front to find him already there.

"Hey, Mari."

"Hey, Adrien. Why did you want to meet me here?" (FYI she has gotten over her stutter but not her crush :))

"I'm coming to your house? Didn't you know?"

"Well this is news to me." Why would Adrien be coming to my house? Did I invite him over without remembering?

"Yeah, my father needs to talk to your parents and apparently we need to be there too. And I got special permission to walk home with you," he said sticking out his hand for me to take.

I took his hand in mine, a blush threatening to appear on my cheeks. We walked to my house talking about the assignment coming up that is worth about a third of our grade.

We find ourselves at the door and before we go in, I ask Adrien, "Do you know what this is about?"

"No......I am honestly scared that it will be something that means you'll have to move or something.....Please don't leave me," He wrapped his arms around me. After I got over the shock, I hugged him back.

"I'll try."

We pulled apart and Adrien opened the door and we walked in to find my father beckoning us to the bakery office. We all walk into the office our parents were sitting on one side of the desk, leaving two seats for me and Adrien on the other side.

"We have some good news and bad news, Marinette,"my father started. I felt myself tense up and Adrien grabbed my hand from under table so our parents wouldn't notice.

"What's the good news?" I ask scared what the answer may be.

"Well the good news is that your mother and I have gotten a really good deal for a bakery for the next year," my father pauses and my mother continues,

"The bad news is that it is in Miami." 

I feel Adrien gripped my hand together as if willing me to not leave. But I don't say anything, as I see Adrien's father open his mouth to say something.

"Your parents and I have talked, Marinette, and we have decided that you really shouldn't stay away from your school work for that long."

I raise one of my eyebrows. Where are they going with this?

"Because we believe that you are very important to the Paris community and you really need to have this year of your schooling, we have decided that if you are up to it, you are welcome to stay at the Agreste mansion for the year that your parents are in Miami."

I was surprised. 

"Really, sir? I would love to stay in Paris." Not to mention the fact that I am Ladybug and Paris still needs Ladybug (in this story Gabriel is not Hawkmoth. He is still cold because of his lost of Emilie but he is slowly getting warmer. Adrien only has to do piano and photoshoots now.) 

"I would love to have you stay over. You are a great student and designer."

"I would love to stay, but please let me be able to do something for you in return," I only just realised that Adrien has been very quiet.

"Well, thank you, young lady. I have nothing for you at the moment, but the time you move in I can think of something for you."

"Thank you, sir." 

"Mari, we are leaving in two days, which means we want you to move your stuff by tomorrow afternoon.Your first night will be the day after that. So please go pack some things you'll need. You can use your key to return for anything you may need, but please pack as much as you can now," my mother said.

"Okay."

"And Adrien," Mr. Agreste started, "You have no photoshoots this afternoon. So please feel free to help Marinette pack and move to our house."

"Thanks, Father."

"Thank you, sir." 

Mr. Agreste was about to leave the bakery when I thanked him and he turns around and says, "Please call me Gabriel, Marinette."

"Okay, Gabriel."

Then our parents left the office leaving me and Adrien behind. I look at his face for the first time and see the smile on Adrien's face. We stand up from our seats and Adrien tackles me into a hug.

"Thank goodness," he breathes into my ear. I hug him back and we just stay there for awhile until I pull away and say, 

"I'm going to go pack now."

"I'm coming."

We go up to my room and I am so glad that I got over the whole having pictures of Adrien up on my wall phase. Now all the pictures are pictures of me, Alya, Adrien and Nino, some of me with Chat and there are some of me as Ladybug and with Chat. I go into my closest to pack some clothes in some suitcases while Adrien stays in my room.

"Hey, Mari?"

"Yeah?" I call out.

"Why do you have pictures of Ladybug and Chat Noir?"

Shoot! "Umm.... because they are our heroes and I support them.."

"Cool," he walks into the closest to where I am, "When did you get the photos with Chat?"

"Uh, he visits sometimes. When he needs a break or just checking on me after an akuma attack," I say shrugging my shoulders.

"Cool." Suddenly, I feel a pair of arms wrap around my waist and a head rest on my shoulder. The blonde holding onto me looks at the outfit in my hands and asks me if I designed it.

"Yeah, I did. Why are you hugging me again?" I ask trying to make the blush on my face less obvious.

"I'm just glad you're staying."

"I would've returned after a year, I wasn't dying," I say with a chuckle. I bring one of my hands up to mess up his blonde hair.

I feel Adrien's chest vibrate against my back as he laughs with me. He removes his arms and asks me what he can do to help.

For the next 2 hours, we pack things up and transport it to Adrien's house. The room they are giving me wasn't completely ready yet so most of my stuff was being stored in Adrien's room.

It wasn't till I went to bed that night, that I realised that for the next year I am sharing a house with my crush and sleeping in the room next to him, not to mention I have to protect my identity from them..................

Yay *eye roll*

Well that's interesting. I think  a certain cinnamon roll has a crush on Marinette. Tune in next time lol.
