It was raining heavily outside .... from continuopus . non stop hours while in the dark room .. khushi was sitting in the couch while gulping vine after vine!! ..... ... without ... thinking anything!! ... she just want to erase all the bad memories from her mind!! She just want to forget everything around her which reminds of her past!! .. khushi was drinking .. while watching tv where some romantic drama was ... being playing!!
Khushi: ( sipping her wine while passing ... a sarcastic smile looking at the tv) what the carp!! How people becomes fool around beliving all this!! There is nothing called love !! such emotional fool they are who trust in this love!! And then curse their whole life to ... belive this love!! Everyone is selfish here!! None care for you!! all are maen used you for their!! Own benefit!1 ( she said while trying to opened her eyes as her eyes were getting closed due to the alchahol effect that’s when a lady at her age of mid 40 came inside the room hearing her high voices !! .... and s he grasp seing her condition she is none other than her mother )
Garima : ( placing her palm over her mouth) khushi!! ( said in a painful voice khushi raised her eyes and looked at her mother passing a sarcastic smile and said )
Khushi: ( dizzily and taunted ) aagayi mother india !! ( you acme mother india ) now ( placing her finger on her lips) shut up ok!! D..onn..t st..art giving me lec..turress!! and le..a..ve m..e alo..ne ! ( khushi said shroving her hand while her mother stepped toward her but soon jerked back in faer as khushi ... throw a glass toward her which collapsed just near her fet) don’t !! ( she stood up while maintaining her blance she have consumed so much that she was not in a sense ... anymore) do..nt ( shaking her haed while pointing her finger toward her) come .. near me !! ( yelled) leave me alone ( gariam silently wiped her teras and ... rushed out of the room ..and then removed her cell phone dialed some one’s number)
Garima : ( panickingly ) who!! Beta .. kh..ush ... .. khush !! have consumed alchahoil ...again... and was not in sense you come soon !! ( she cut the call while closed her eyes and alone drop of tear h ave escaped from her eyes ... and she let out a sigh of disappointment !! she cant see her daughter like this!! It’s very hard for her to see her daughter like this killing ... herself every passing day !! .... welcoming death like this!! Garima sighed!! And just keep straing at the watch ... blankly that’s when the door bell knocked .. and the .... servant came ... toward .. garima .. and said making her jerked out of her chain of thought !!
Servant : memsaab!! ... who!! Arnav .. saab have come!! ( garima looked at the direction of the door only to find aranv coming toward her ... he was also looking restless!! ..
Arnav : ( walked toward her and said) aunty ?? where is she ??
Garima : ( pointed toward the room by showing her index finger) who!! She is in the room she have consumed ... !! much!! I scare for her arnav !! and she is not leeting anyof us to go near her ... ( she said while tears rolled down her cheeks!1 )
Arnav : ( looking once at the direction of the room) aunty!! First you calm down!! .. I have come nah !! ... I handle her!! Now!! ... but first you calm down !! .. ( by saying that .. he rushed inside the room while opening the room door with a thud .. and as he stepped in ... his heart skipped a beat to see khushi ‘s condition !! she was sitiing flat on the floor while .. holding the alchahoil bottle ... in her hand .. and was raising it up toward her mouth while trying to gulped the .. last drop of the alchahoil!! .. her face was all red ..and she was almost .. shivering ... while arnav walked to her ... while murmuring her name
Arnav : k..hushi!! ( he said in a mere whisper while khushi instantly raised her haed and looked at him while giving an unusual ... grin to aranv ... while she placed both hand on the floor beside her and putting the weight on her palm she stood up on her feet!! She wasn’t able ... to stood properly even!! .... she was trembling her eyes were getting closed!! )
Khushi: you ?? ( pointing her finger toward him) what are you doing here !! ( showing palm to him0 plzz now you do...nt give me .. lecc..turres!! I am l..ea..st int..rested!! ( she said shroving her hand on the air) aranv looked at her for a while ...without blinking his eyelids but then sighed and walked toward her ... and ..said cupping her cheks!!
Arnav : you again drunk khushi ?? why ?? ( khushi stopped trembling while looking .. at him without blinking her eyelids and looked directly in his eyes and then shroved her hand off him and took a step back)
Khushi: ( angrily) don’t show me!! As you are concerned of me ..( she said trembling her balance) I know .. in this world none do !! anything without any benefit!! And youy even have some purposes nah!! ... hai nah!! ( arnav closed his eyes and left out a sigh of disappointment)
Arnav : ( opening his eyes ) khushi listen!! Listen to me !! ( khsuyhi stepped back and she hitted her leg with cahir and trembled and was about fell down while loosing her balance but before khushi hit the ... floor aranv held her in his arms ..while kjhsuhi stared at him for a while and then slowly closed her eyes!! As she ... failnt in his arms!! ... while arnav looked at her once and said) khushi!! ( he .. picked her up nad walked toward the bed and put her on the bed while covering her properly by the quilt .. he then removed his cell and called the doctor ! )

Khushi was lieng on the bed while doctor was diagonising her where as .... arnav and garima both were present on the room!!
Doctor: ( looking at aranv) mr raizada!! I have already warned you this much of .. drinking isn’t good for her health!! ..... it can create many problem to her in future!! She neds to stay away from stress and alchahoil!!
Arnav : I will take care of it doctor!! ...
Doctor: you better be!! ( giving the prescription) here some .. medicine !! plz give her when she gained sense!! ( he got up while aranv extended his ahnd and said)
Arnav : ok thank you so much doctor !! that’s you came at the urgent call!!
Doctor: anytime mr raizada!! .. I take my leave!!
Aranv : yaeh I escort you !! ( he walked out of the room along with him )

Doctor : mr raizada see!! ... it happens to many .... woman who have .... face this kind of phase in their life!! But it’s very important that she needs to be cheerfull all time!!
Arnav : she have become moody of every thing !! and think everyone as her ..... enbemy!!
Doctor: after what she have gone through!! ... her mind have stopped beliving anyone and her mind become extra protective about herself!! ( aranv sighed while he placed his hand on his shoulder and left while aranbv turned only to find garima walked out of the room while closing the door behind)
Aranv : khushi!!
Gariam: she is sleeping!! ... ( looking at aranv) how long it all going to happen ? I cant see her like this!! You know it’s all because of me!! If I would have able to look after her!! Properly then aisa nahi hota!! ..i couldn’t be agood mother!! I failed!!
Arnav :” aunty plzz!! Don’t break down!! It’s a phase of time!! It will pass off very soon .. don’t break down!! You think even I can se her like this!! But aunty !! after I have strictly ... prohibited not to bring any alchahoil in this house who have bring this .... here!! !!
Garima : I don’t know beta!! When nad how she manged to bring alchahoil!! I raely have no idea!! ... why she is punishing herself !! I don’t know!! Why cant she forget the scars!!
Arnav : aunty it’s easy for us ... to say!! But she have gone through !! it’s not easy for us to forget the scars!! I didn’t know much!! But .. she havent got anything in her life!! And thus .. her lonileness have make her like this!! ( garima silently wiped out her tears by her saree pallu and said )
Gariam: 9 sadly) it all happened because of me!! If I would care her! I failed to be a good mother!! My and her father disparture have her vacant so much it will effect her life so much I ahvent imagine!! If I can make everything fine then my khushi would be living a normal happy life!! I have ignored her that much and get engrossed in my own problem I didn’t get to know when my daughter .. took a wrong step and ruined her own life by her own hand!!
Aranv ; aunty there is no use ..of opening the old scars!! Better than thinking about what happened we should think ABOUT THE PRESENT!! Aunty !! and .... aunty she needs us !! more at this critical stage of life!! ....
Garima; ( sighed and said) she needs you more than anyone else!! ... why don’t you hold her hand aranv !! or just like other you also just doing it for showing sympathy!!
Arnav : ( irrittaed) aunty that’s what you have known me!! ... may everyone in the soiecty .. disowned her but I will always be there with her!! And I never said I wont accept her!! It would be my fortune if I get her love!! But untill and unless hse herself didn’t give her acceptance for my alliances!! I wont .... forced my decision on her!! She have suffered a lot aunty !! and I don’t want her to regret her whole life for any decision which is not related to her will .. let it be like husband or a friend!! but I promise !! I WILL ALWAYS BE WITH HER .. at every pahse of life
