"What's National Date Night?"

"Ask A6d.  He started it."

"Okay?..."

I called A6d to see what was going on. I heard something about Zelk and Spifey's date, all out of nowhere and during the stream, they said I had missed National Date Night.

"A6d! Skeppy told me you started National Date Night..."

"Yeah? If you're asking what it's about, read the name over again."

"But, why did you?... Wait, did you do this so that Skeppy and I had to go on a date?"

"It was for someone else."

Or was it?...

"You sure about that? Then why would the chat spam 'National Date Night!' without you planning something?"

"I was also on stream about, maybe 3 days ago, and I said 'National Date Night,' so maybe they heard that and went on your stream, Skeppy's stream, everyone's video, etcetera."

"Well, then, who was it for?"

"Have you heard about Spifey and Zelk's date yet?"

"Yes... ohh! So it was for Spifey? Or Zelk? Or both of them?"

"Spifey rejected Zelk so, it was for Zelk."

"Aw, poor Zelk."

"Yup, no Spifelk."

"Honestly, I didn't think they were very much compatible."

"Also, I've been smelling a new ship these few days. Something along the lines of Skeppy-"

"Is it me and him?"

"No. Something new. Not Skephalo. I'm trying to figure out who it is, though-"

"Oh, okay."

I'm actually surprised it isn't me. Then again, a lot of people were saying that I was homophobic, which isn't true. I just say that Skeppy and I will never be together because my family is homophobic. They're getting more and more suspicious that I'm gay but I keep telling them that I'm straight, when I'm really not.

What could the ship be, anyway? I've heard a lot about Skepnoblade-

I don't know. After all...

Actually, that kinda makes sense.

Skeppy is his roommate, and he'd probably know everything. Spifey isn't known for his serious lies, he's usually "just joking."

I don't know...

Aw, poor Zelk! He's probably heartbroken...

*After arriving at Zelk's house*

"Hey, Zelk, you okay?"

"Mhm..."

"C'mon, I know something's wrong."

"Have you ever felt rejection?"

"Actually no. Who rejected you, Zelk?"

Of course, I already know.

"Spifey."

"Aw, you poor thing."

"Yeah, I had a crush on him for, what, like, I don't even know, years?"

"Wow..."

"Also, aren't you-?"

"No, I'm not homophobic."

"Then why do get so angry when someone says 'Skephalo?'"

"That's because my parents are homophobic. They're probably gonna disown me if I tell them that I'm not straight."

"Oh, so, wait, you're gay?"

"Bisexual."

"Oh, okay."

"You still look sad!"

"I told myself I would get over it, but I really can't right now."

"Even though I haven't had any rejection or any kind of relationship, I just know that rejection isn't easy to come over."

I really wanted to make him feel better.

Bad was hugging me.

I mean, they're just hugs, am I right?

Plus, they're supposed to make people feel better.
