It was almost midnight. I was creeping around the school, as I often did when I couldn't sleep. I'd wandered up to the astronomy tower- it was Tuesday, so no one was there tonight. I peered through the colossal telescope, which was little different to muggle telescopes. The telescope twisted and animated the constellations and brought them to life. I peered up at the stars and saw Ursa Major and Ursa Minor frolicking around in the sky. The younger bear was irritating its mother, which was batting Ursa Minor with its paw. Suddenly, I felt a tap on my back. I almost screamed, but a hand covered my mouth. I turned around to see who my captor was.

"Draco!", I shout-whispered, "What the ever-loving f*ck are you doing here?!"

"I thought I might find you here.", he said said with a smile.

"So? Why did you need to find me", I asked, confused.

"Well.", he began, "In case you hadn't already realised, your change of house, will have to affect our relationship." Oh. I hadn't thought about that.

"Oh, ummm... I-", I began, but I was cut off by Draco kissing me. His lips were warm and tasted like cinnamon Vaseline. I kissed him back before realising what was going on and swiftly pulling away.

"No.", I told him, "No, I am not playing your mind games."

"That's not what I meant. I was thinking that we could still date, but , you know, in secret.", he said.

"Yes! I know! That's exactly what I was expecting! You choosing your popularity over me. Typical." He looked genuinely hurt. I couldn't stand to see anyone appear so sad. "No, wait! I didn't mean that!"

"No... It's fine.", he said, a droopy look on his face.

"No.", I said firmly, "It isn't. We only got together yesterday. I'm not giving it up now."

" Really?", he asked hopefully. Before I could answer with a "Really.", Draco was passionately kissing me again. His hands ran down my back before settling on my hips. I ran my hands through his white-blond hair. He pushed me up against the wall of the astronomy tower. It was perfect. Bong! We leapt apart before realising that it was just the midnight bell.

"We should probably go back to our dorms now.", said Draco.

"Yeah.". I replied breathlessly.

"Same time tomorrow?", he asked.

"Sure thing, but there's going to be a class here tomorrow night, so we should probably go somewhere else."

"Yeah probably. It's such a shame I share a dorm with other people. But maybe we could go down to the library."

"Cool. See ya." I pushed past him and sprinted back to the Gryffindor common room. Out of breath I mumbled: "Mimbulus Mimbletonia."

"At this early in the morning?", the Fat Lady replied, shocked, though she still swung to the side to let me in. As I was walking in, I heard one of the dorm room doors open. Panicked, I dove behind a sofa, and prayed I wasn't spotted. I didn't have time to see who it was, or which door they came out of, but I heard two sets of footsteps. Another door opened, and another set of footsteps came down. And then I heard the voices...
