I woke up the next day and rubbed my eyes seeing the sun shine through the small gap in the curtains. I looked over and saw Y/n cuddled up to my side and smiled since she slept the entire night without any trouble. I ran my fingers through her hair and saw her stir slightly but move closer to me.

I decided on texting Bella and telling her what happened since she would have been worried. I texted work and asked for a few sick days and texted Bella after.

Gigi.

Morning. I'm sorry I didn't text last night, it was messy 😞

Morning. It's alright, I thought it would be. How are you doing? How's Y/n?

Gigi.

God, Bella, I feel so bad. I've known Y/n for a while now and you know how she is. She's so put together and she doesn't show her emotions in a hurry and she broke down last night 😭

Brokedown? Oh my God, how bad was it? Did she hurt herself? Did she hurt you? 😳

It was really bad. Her mom was her entire world and she left....imagine if mom left us? We would be in the same state, but we would have each other to fall back on. She didn't have anyone. She didn't hurt herself. Emotionally, yes, physically, I don't think so. She didn't hurt me but she did scare me. I told her that she was and she broke down again in front of me 😔. Bella, I'm really worried about her.

I think I'm going to take a few days off and take care of her. She needs someone right now and it has to be me. There's no one else right now.

I understand. I'll tell mom that you've been busy working at home because your period is bad or something. I'll bring dinner later, I won't come inside but I'll stop by and get something 🥰

I felt Y/n move next to me and saw her arms wrap around me, she moved her head and rested it on my stomach carefully. I smiled at the gesture and ran my fingers through her hair knowing she liked when I did that.

Y/n: "Morning," I heard her mumble. 

Gigi: "Morning. How are you feeling today?" I asked in a soft tone.

Y/n: "I feel...the same," She moved so she was laying on top of me and kept her head on my stomach. "But it's a little better because you're here." I smiled slowly since she felt a little better.
