Quirk: Moonbow

Moonbow is powered by moonlight exposure, making her a night-active hero. The energy from the moon allows Alexandrina to create a bow and arrows, as well as other weapons. She can store energy and work minimally during dawn and twilight, typically wearing a cloak during the day and these hours. During the day, Alexandrina uses support items to aid her in long distance combat. She trained in tracking and strategizing. Alexandrina started her own hero agency at the age of 19. Her sidekicks tend to have a pattern, all of them having an animal type quirk and are all females.

Quirk: Healing Feathers

Paul's quirk allows him to use his feathers to patch up injuries by simply using them as bandages. The feathers dissolve into the skin, making a thin skin like covering of wounds and heals them. His feathers act as solar panels, soaking up energy from the sun as he flies. The energy stored in his feathers allow them to grow back rapidly as he pulls them out. His support items consist of medical supplies and sword/daggers. Paul works under the Hawks agency as the No. 3 hero's personal support and healer.

The twins are the children of Russian immigrant heros, Zorya and Firebird (JP Hero Billboard rankings before retirement 6 & 8). The two heros moved to Japan and eventually had twins, Alexandrina and Paul. The twins soon developed their powers, showing no signs on similarity with their quirks. As Paul grew wings and discovered a healing quirk, Alexandrina found her manipulation of the moon's energy and a connection to animals. The two were sent to America to a hero academy while their parents stayed in Japan.
