Poem the girl with no name

She had a story
She had a pretty face
But she saw disgrace
Inside she was a muddled mess.

She lived a life
A life of sacrifice
Her soul was suppressed
And she was innerly distressed.

She taught me a very wise lesson
She gave me insight
Of my own future succession
I'm on a journey I can't deny

This woman was old souled and bitter inside
But the bitterness came from hating herself
And putting her problems
Back on the dusty shelf.

I wanted to help
I wanted to save her life
I wanted to tell the voiceless stories of the day and the night
But no matter how I was screaming out for her
To surrender
She could not face the turn of the tide.

I was so blind
I wanted to save a life
I loved her child side
The fun and the love she gave.

When not putting herself first
She met her grave.
A walking zombie under the stone
Her heart strings forever monotone.
