Kaylie's P.O.V

I slowly walked down the castle corridor, well, this house may as well be a castle, dragging my feet on the red carpet. It's my family house. The reason we moved here was because it was the only house that had enough rooms for our big family. Trust me, This house is huge. There were a few houses on the market, but they were mostly a billion, gazillion dollars.

I don't mind school, but the thing is, yesterday, I left a not on my crush's table at the end of school, the note that I confessed my love for him on. I asked my teacher, Miss Noore, if I could wait in the teachers office after school. I didn't tell her why, but I think she knew the reason. I wanted to stay to see his reaction. Miss Noore most likely had seen the way I looked at him whilst I was sitting at my table. She fortunately said yes. After thanking her a billion time, I settled down in the office, peeking through the small gap I left in the door.

It was looking pretty good for me, my crush would either tic one of the two boxes I left him on the note. The "I like you too" box, or the "I don't like you" box. Sometimes I would catch him staring at me during class, so I was feeling quite confident.

The bell rung, making Miss Noore jump in her seat. Before she could stop them, all the kids stood up and took off. I sat in the desk next to my crush, so I quickly slipped the note in front of him, and bolted to the teachers office, diving inside. I could already feel my face turning red. After a few seconds of calming down, I slowly moved towards the door, to peek out.

I looked over to his desk, and to my surprise, he didn't take the note. I stood up, slowly increasing the gap between the door and the door frame. So he didn't take it?

I took a small step out of the office, but before I could take another one, Murphy came sprinting through the classroom door. I basically flew back inside the room. Murphy was heading towards his desk, but a few metres before he reached it, he tripped and landed face first on the ground. I could barely stop myself from bursting into laughter. After a few seconds, he stood up and looked around, and continued to his desk.

He reached his hand out for the drink bottle that was on it's side, his name scribbled on it. He shoved it in his brown bag. I listened closely, hoping he would say something interesting, but to my disappointment, he was just whistling All Star. Wow, why am i surprised. It looked like he was about to take off again, but before he did, he glanced at my crush's desk. My heart practically stopped.

He swiped the note up with a graceful woosh. He opened it up with a smug look on his face.

"gasp, ANGUS, COME LOOK AT THIS, KAYLIE LEFT YOU A NOTE~" He smiled horribly as he walked out the door.

It was only a few heart beats, but it felt like years, before i jumped out and screamed at the top of my lungs:

"WHO THE HELL NEEDS BOYS ANYWAYS." Mr Eir obviously noticed because he told me to shut up, and go home or else I would become a teacher. I ran out the door, swinging my bag over my shoulder laughing insanely. I met up with Lucky outside the school gates. It's where our family would meet before we walked home together.

"Oh my god she's lost it again." Lucky grabbed me by the shoulder and dragged me all the way back home.
