Pow pow pow,"ow.. What the hell?" I open one eye in anger as heavy slaps descended on my face to see my brother's cute face with a satisfied smirk."Dude!! What the fuck did I do to you?"I snapped
"Sowie, I want-ed to vake you "he pouted, aww how am I gonna stay angry at that face. "Come here little guy, I love you so much"I said drawing him closer to me and just like lightning, I got slapped again"Ouch, what was that for?, I take my words back I don't love you now shuu"I glanced at the mirror and saw my mum glaring at me. Oh, for the love of God, I rolled my eyes at her and studied my environment.

We were in the university already and I just gaped like a fish looking at how beautiful the school is. I knew Cypress university was big but I didn't expect this big! Students scattered all around in groups, with their stuffs, some were sitting on the grass chatting and laughing.. We drove past some queen bees and I admired how pretty and classy they look and now I'm conscious of how I look. You see, I'm on the average on looks and style so I got intimidated.

Duhh!! You are as pretty as them, they have their faces all caked up but you still look beautiful than them.. Though you could change your style a bit

Now look who's stupid, I rolled my eyes and picture a sad subconscious. I'm weird, meh who cares.

JASON'S POV
I slumped on my bed after my parents finally left me alone in my room, I never liked the idea of them following me to college but I kept my cool but them coming to my dorm and treating me like some 6 year old was unacceptable, I mean look at ME! I'm a grown man capable of taking care of myself.Mum was trying to help me set up but I had to persuade her to start leaving before it gets dark, she looked at me with glassy tears hugging and not wanting to let go.

After saying their goodbyes, they left. Finally!! Just as I was getting comfortable on the bed my phone rang "Hmmmmm"I groaned out of frustration, without looking at the caller I picked my phone and slapped it on my ear, ok ouch that hurt "yeah..? "I said into the phone.

"Hey Jason, you all set up? " Lucas, the apparent caller and my friend asked
"Yup"
"What do you say we meet at the cafeteria in fifteen? Get some food, catch up and go hit on girls and probably get laid, huh?
I perked up at the last statement "fuck yeah, get the guys.. See you in fifteen "
"That's what I thought"I could swear he has a smirk on his face at the moment
" Piss off" I said, ending the call although not after hearing Lucas chuckle.
I got up, took a quick shower and put on a ripped jean and a shirt, I took a glance at the mirror to stare at the handsome guy in it, I smiled and did my signature eyebrow raise before spraying some cologne and leaving the dorm
"Time for the ladies to meet this hottie" I said smiling.

MONA'S POV
After getting my last bag into my dorm, my mum and I set up while my dad and brother were having a "sightsee", yea that's what he called sitting by the window and staring blankly. We finished setting up and my roommate walked in, more like barged in looking so tired from carrying her bags. I'm guessing she found it difficult to locate her way , well who wouldn't, the place is massive!! After what seemed like a awkward silence, my mum cleared her throat

"Uhm, hi dear. How are you? "
"I'm so sorry, good afternoon. My name is Madison Sanders, you can call me maddie though if you want to. I'm guessing you are my roommate, its wonderful to meet you I've been so excited to the thought of what my roommate would look like and you are very pretty, I'm lucky to have a pretty roommate and I really hope we get along. And oh! Who's this cute little guy, must be your brother, he's so cute, hey little one...  "
I zoned her off , so apparently my roommate is a talker, I was really hoping for a quiet one.. I'm not that good with people, still learning to socialize but just my luck, I was still in thoughts when I was snapped back
"Huh?" I said in a shocked tone
"I don't think she heard you, Mrs Anderson" the girl piped in
No shit sherlock, "I asked if you were ever gonna introduce yourself to your roommate"my mum stated glaring at me, oh, if looks could kill I would already be 6ft deep in the ground.
"I'm so sorry, I'm Monalisa. Nice to meet you  chir-Madison " Really?? I fucking almost called her chirpy, nice move Mona, nice move, I said to myself and I swear I heard my dad stifle a laugh when I almost messed up, guess someone agrees with me that the girl sure knows how to use her mouth.

I helped maddie set up and by now my parents had left. We finished and both took a quick shower, I changed to my pjs and scrambled under my bed cover, I plug my headphones and decided to listen to some music and go through the internet and,
" you know, I really like you, I really want us to get along and be best friends" maddie blurted, well guess no music and relaxation for me.
"Yes sure? " it sounds more like a question because I don't do best friends, I do have lots of friends and I'm not the lonely freak you think I am, I may not go out and be a teeny tiny bit of introvert but people still come to me and I don't shun them. But best friends?? I'm not sure about that.

Maddie kept telling me about herself for almost two hours and I was getting hungry.
"So meanwhile my mum thinks that I was..... "
"Uhm, sorry for cutting you but I'm getting hungry. Wanna make some food? " I cut her off, tbh I never paid attention to whatever she was happily chirping about, I kept nodding and smiling when she smiled meanwhile thinking of how on earth I'm gonna cope with her for a whole year.
"Of course, sure.. Pizza? "
" Good by me " I said and walked to the kitchen to get some juice while maddie ordered pizza.
We sit in the kitchen eating and chatting and I discovered she's a pretty nice girl. Maybe, she's not that bad after all. We finished and we head to bed, I was fucking tired from the long day but looking at maddie, one would guess she's most exhausted.
"Good night Mona and we should probably take a stroll around the college tomorrow to know more places "

"Yea sure, we can do that but now good night " I said tiredly and I hear her chuckle.
I turned off my bedlamp and closed my eyes, I didn't even need music to fall asleep because immediately I turned, I was out as light.

Oh,to burst your bubble I'm not a cute sleeper,my legs are probably spread out or resting on the wall, mouth opened guess who's waking up with drools all over her face in the morning, yup!  Me!! .. What!!  I'm just a average girl not some crazy fantasy.

I sure hope a great day awaits me...
