Knight of Aphrodite

"I could walk millions of millions of mile,
Swim around the moon for one of your smile.
Here, I have found no reason to ponder,
Your eyes glimmer, and my heart beats faster.
Now there's no wonder, I am your dreamer.

From morning til night, til sun loose its light.
When the darkness bite, your love will still bright.
When distance gapped us, you're still in my sight.
I'll never doubt, you are my shining light.

Never have I thought seeing you coming,
My whole world stops, my heart keeps on singing.
Chains in my soul eventually fading,
You're so heroic, you've catched me from falling."

This is my first poem so far and my introduction so I hope you liked it. I am aspiring to be a writer someday so, I think wattpad could help (somehow).
Anyway, the title of this book is "Time holds every dreams" which means goals and ambitions. If you just let the reality happens, you'll see the beauty it contained. (Patience is a virtue) maybe you're wondrin' 'what is this writer talking about?' Well as an aspiring writer, I/you should be inspired by various situations and see every story behind it because it is composed of lots and lots of ideas, lessons, wonders, adventures that you're mind starts to imagine and images suddenly appear in it. Well, even if you're just a reader, you should bear in mind that, reading without imagination is not worth of knowledge. My point is, from just a simple way of reading short stories and poems with an essence of creative thinking, short time of reading is really enough to spend with because, you are already exploring within. And that's being inspired. There's a saying that imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited, but imagination encircles the world. Imagination is the product of being inspired.

My poem is all about true love. One of our most important dream. Very common right?  But if you just start to analyze like what I did, time holds true love. Which means, you can't refuse what perfect time gave you like your loved one. If you just let it flow, you'll see true beauty of reality. Knight of Aphrodite is about a guy who feels different (obviously in loved) about his friend. In first stanza, it explains how he can't live without seeing her and he re admits that, "no wonder, I am your dreamer." Which means facing the fact that he's in love. Which also signified in second stanza that even though he can't see her(his loved one) "you're still in my sight". What a clever guy(haha jk.) And in final stanza, it emphasizes in "never have I thought seeing you coming" that, it feels a whole lot different story when he felt in love with the girl. Obviously, it's normal to have feelings towards someone or apple in the eye and he experienced it. But when the woman came to his life, "chains in my soul eventually fading, you're so heroic, you've catched me from falling." Apparently explained that, SHE is indeed, knight of Aphrodite. His true love. That finally his heart has awaken once again by this woman. That SHE could have the key in his heart. (Hmph, I wish it's the final one for him.)Ow, just in case you ask, who is Aphrodite? She's just merely goddess of love.(in greek mythology). ;)
