his pov

The first time I saw her, there's something in her aura that tells me she's a strong woman yet I want to protect her. She looks delicate.

"What are you looking at?" Ares asked.

When I didn't answer, he just looked at it, too.

"Pretty, right?" he said.

I nodded.

"Well, she better be coz I'm her brother!" he laughed.

"May kapatid ka?"

I've known him for months already since we shared a seat in the plane going here in US. I thought he's already an orphan.

"Yeah. She's at home. Studying."

She's pretty in pictures, but much more in person. Her smiles are rare tho.

Hindi niya rin ako kilala. I know we aren't that big yet but most of our age knew who I am and my group. She doesn't though.

Even before I met her in person, Ares asked me for help. Pinaalis na pala sila sa tinutuluyan nila. I offered my condo right away. I thought I'd met her there, but then I met her earlier because of common friends.

"You can turn on the radio if you want. It's traffic so," I suggested because the silence seems so awkward for her.

She turned on the radio. Sakto namang kanta namin ang tumutugtog.

I just want to be,

"Ang ganda ng boses," she commented.

"You liked their voice?" I asked.

"Ah, oo. The song is nice, too."

She praised our song. Nice.

"Nice taste."

Silence again. After ou song, kanta naman ng 2Mi ang nag-play. Ililipat niya yata but I stopped her.

"It's okay."

"Mia and I were good. You don't need to turn off the radio just because her song is playing. Pareho naming pinili na maghiwalay so no need to be bitter about it," I explained.

She nodded and we went silent again until we reached our destination.

At first, she was awkward with me. I don't why. But then as time passed by, we became close. I offered her a job which she refused at first but still accepted nonetheless.

Our shoot in the beach was her first time working with us. And I'm glad she enjoyed it as much as I do. We had so much quality time there, too. I know that time I was starting to fall for her.
