Sleeping with the boss

Chapter four

Lunas pov

I look at the time and it's almost the end of the day, i finish up the rest of the copying and faxing Amy asked me to do and head back to my deck to start packing up my belongings and get ready to leave. As I'm packing up my stuff i hear the door to Amy's office open up.

'Hey moonie what do you say about getting a couple drinks after I finish up the rest of my paperwork? I should be done in about 30 minutes.' She asks. 'That sounds amazing actually do you want me to wait for you here or meet you at the bar'?   'I don't want to keep you waiting to long so why don't you just meet me at the bar i should be there in no more then 30 minutes.' She replied. 'Alright ill meet you there!'

As i wait at the bar I decided to order my self a drink and a shoot, i down the shoot and then use the drink as a chaser. A few minutes pass and i feel a pair of hands come up behind me and cover my eyes and then i hear a whisper in my ear. 'I guess someone started without me' i start to laugh and reply as I remove her hands from my eyes gently 'well Ms.Perez i got thirsty and couldn't help myself' i say as i turn around and look at her. Her face begins to blush as she sits down on the stall next to me

'Can i get a shot of vodka and a cosmo please?' She asks the bar tender then turns to me and smiles. 'So that was a fun first day of work and to be honest I'm glad that your my boss and not some old creepy guy'  i say as i take a big sip of my drink. She looks at me with her nose scrunched up 'I'm guessing your old boss was an old creepy guy huh?' I giggle and look at her, 'yeah it was a weird and uncomfortable situation that's why I left and got the job at Stanford' I say. 'I'm sorry you had to go through that don't worry ill try my hardest not to put you in any uncomfortable and weird situations' she replied.

After a few more drinks I start to feel the buzz hitting, 'so Amy i have a question but if you don't feel comfortable answering it then i totally understand but what happened to you and Catherine why did you guys get a divorce?'

She finishes off her drink and asks for another shoot before she turns to me 'well i had to go out of town for a few days for a conference meeting with the board and i decided to come home a day early to surprise her and when i got home i noticed there were a whole bunch of clothes scattered through out the house and followed the path to our bedroom and when I walked in she was having sex with my brother max, after that she tried to pull the lonely card and then i pulled the divorce card and now here i am 26 years old and already divorce' she says then she downs the shot of vodka and i notice tears in her eyes

Amys pov

I down the shot of vodka and can feel my eyes start to tear up, i hate talking about that night because not only did Catherine cheat on me but she cheated with my brother who i was closest too. Luna puts her hand on my back trying to comfort me   'oh Amy I'm so sorry that happened to you and I'm very surprised i never thought max would do something like that to you' she says as her eyes are wide. 'I didnt think he'd do anything like that either but i guess you cant even trust your own family'

We start to talk about random stuff and as I'm sitting there i start to feel really drunk and then I check my phone for the time it's already 7:45pm, 'oh my god we've been sitting here getting drunk for the past five hours luna and its only Thursday we still have one more day of work were so going to have hangovers tomorrow.'  She looks at her phone and her eyes go wide 'oh my god haha were screwed for tomorrow should we start heading out or wanna hang for a little longer?' She asks as she looks a little disappointed that the nights almost coming to an end. 'I don't see why we cant stay for alittle while longer' i say as a smile appears on my face

***30 MINUTES LATER***
'Ok i think its time that we called it a night I've had way to many drinks especially for it being a school night but trust me this was a fun night and I wouldn't change it for the world' i say as i pull out my phone to call an Uber 'this was a lot of fun I'm glad were bringing back that old friendship we had all those years ago' she replies as she called her self an Uber as well. I think to myself ive missed our friendship to but what if I'm having stronger feelings and could possibly want more, i know we just reunited after 8 years but deep down I've always had these feeling for luna just never confessed them to her cause i didn't know her sexuality.

We go outside and wait for our ubers, i turn and look at luna still in my head about my feelings towards her. she turns and looks at me 'you ok Amy? Is there something on my face?' She asks as she feels around on her face to see if she feels anything. I just stare at her for a few more seconds and then reply 'actually there is something on your face 'where' she replies

'Here ill get it for you.' I move closer to her acting like i remove something from her face, i lean in not thinking twice so I don't chicken out and i kiss her.
