Quirk: sound manipulation
Quirk description: she can make sounds quieter, higher, louder, and lower as well as controlling where the sound waves go. She can also focus her quirk in her vocal cords and make a high powered scream (sorta like mic)
Quirk drawbacks: if quirk is used to much she can go temporarily or permanently deaf the later only if she pushes her maximum limits. Eliana's ears are more sensitive then most so her quirk often will have a negative effect on her: ringing in the ears, migraines, headaches, ect
How she got her quirk: eli was playing with some boys in the woods when it had started to rain. Them only being 4 and 5 they were all terrified of the thunder. After a while of walking they all realized they were lost and started crying when the thunder went off. Eliana clapped both hands over her ears and started muttering 'please be quite' when everything went quit. The thunder was gone yet the lightning still cracked across the sky, all of the kids looked at eli and smiled. One of them asked if she could make their voice louder so that they can call for help. When she focused on it the boys voice got louder and they were eventually found by a group of rescue hero's.

Cool fact: when eliana feels strong emotions her facial markings will start to glow the same color as her eyes
Illnesses: eliana does have an illness but its not very bad until she gets older, around 25 or so, its causes chest pains, headaches, dizziness, and difficulty breathing. Eliana has an inhaler that she uses and she also take medication. Its a thing that only runs in her family and that only the females get eliana is also prone to get sick easily because of her highly weak immune system.
