We reach the top of the stairs. I watch Beth place Ben down and go for the handle. Fear drives over my brain.

"Wait!" I yell, they all turn to look at me running up the stairs and I grab Beth's hand.

"What's wrong?" she asks me.

"We don't know what's behind that door. There could be anything. There could be... other people"

"There isn't. Sky, I can see what is there, I can see all around us. All I can see is dead people all over and stairs above us. All we need to do is to keep going up. If I see anything out of the ordinary, I will tell you. Okay?"

"I'm sorry"

"Let's just keep going, the sooner we get out of this place the better"

"You're right" I turn to the others. "Are you ready?"

"Yes" they all say nodding and raring to go. We are all so keen to get out of this place Beth opens the door and we and we all go through the door.

I follow Beth through the door gripping on to her t shirt. Ahead of us is another long corridor. A long white corridor. Just like the one we just left there are more corridors at the sides with many more rooms.

"Why would someone do this to us?" I ask.

"Sky" Beth snaps and turns to me, clearly annoyed. "I don't mean to snap, but we need to keep going. These people are all dead, so please stopping and let's just keep going" I can see that she is clenching her teeth and she takes a deep sigh in trying to let some of the anger out. I look down at the others who look up at me in deep awe.

"I'm sorry" I say and then rub my forehead. I watch Beth as she opens a door to the right of us, leading to more stairs.

Two flights of stairs later I am starting to get exhausted. We reach the fifth flight now, and none of us look like we can go any further.

"Let's have a rest" I say and sit straight onto the floor without another word. I sink my head into my hands and find myself going into a deep sleep.

I open my eyes and look ahead of me. My hands hang from these chains above me and my legs are tied to wooden legs. I feel so tired. So very tired.

"Uhh" I moan. The door opens. I flinch rattling my chains. A woman enters the room. A woman in a white coat, with long blonde straight hair and light blue angelic eyes. She has a pretty face. She comes over to me kneels down and smiles at me.

"How are you feeling today?" she asks in such a nice, caring voice. I look up at her, and back down to the floor. "Hm" she puts her hand to my forehead. Warmth. She opens my mouth and puts a glass thing in my mouth. I look down, and see a red bar going up.

"That's interesting" she says and takes the glass thing out of my mouth. I watch as she puts it in her pocket and pulls out a grey device. She presses a button and puts it to her mouth. "Note... project xz3 still not talking, skin is cold and has a high temperature. This project... is a success" she puts the device into her pocket and walks out of the room. I look up... and stare at the ceiling.
