Nasa loob lang ako ng kwarto hanggang mag-umaga. Hindi ko na nagawa na kumain o mag-aral. Luckily, it's my free day. Wala akong klase o appointment sa trabaho.
Tumayo ako mula pagkakahiga sa kama. I need to come to my senses. Kailangan ko na mag-focus sa pag-aaral, I didn't have the courage to attend my online class yesterday and I don't feel great. I hate disappointments, I'm always right on track. Never ko pa naranasan na ma-disappoint sa choices ko, not because I'm spoiled that I will get what I want because I know what I'm capable of. I hate how Rye left me hanging. I hate how he made me feel that I intended everything to happen.
Pagkalabas ko ng kwarto ay nakita ko si John. Naka-upo siya sa sofa habang nag-aayos ng kung ano sa iPad niya. Nilingon niya ako at lumiit ang mga mata niya.
"Too busy to change clothes, Sir?" Tumayo siya at inabot ang iPad sa akin.
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you that she'll be here because it's unusual for her to travel outside Europe." He added
Nag-scroll ako ng schedule ngayong araw. Mukhang naayos naman ito ni John para maiwasan ang overlapping ngayong buwan.
"Hindi mo naman trabaho na sabihin sakin kung saan pupunta si Quinn besides I wasn't happy seeing her anyway. As long as you don't report to her about what I do, we're good. Friendship comes first."
Pumunta ako sa lamesa para kumain. Nagluto na pala si John ng makakain ko para ngayong umaga.
"Mahahanap mo ba kung nasaan si Reimari or do you know anything about her?" I asked.
I know this is too much but I really can't understand the point why Quinn did those kind of things. It's too cruel.
"She's in London and she never went outside England for the past five months." Limang buwan. Limang buwan na simula ng malaman ni Quinn na niloko ko siya.
I feel so stupid. Hindi ko napansin na hindi niya binibisita si Rye. Hindi ko napansin na magkahiwalay sila ng school. Masyadong hectic ang schedule namin ni Rye kaya hindi rin siya nakakapag-bakasyon sa abroad.
"Si Alexandria? She's doing well?" Nagsimula na ko kumain dahil gusto ko magkulong ulit sa kwarto.
"She has fever yesteday. According to her doctor she needs to rest." Napalingon ako sa kanya.
Tinigil ko ang pagkain at kinuha ang cellphone ko sa aking bulsa. I dialed Cecille's number.
