Travis

It's been two weeks since Aphmau and I got home from the hospital on Starlight. She has been spending most of her time with Aaron. I've been spending mine with Katelyn. I don't know how she forgave me, but she did. The first thing she did when she saw me was kiss me. She held on to me, just crying for the rest of the day. I had hurt her so much. I spent most of my time with her at her house. Laurence was staying with Dante for the time being while Kawaii Chan was staying with Garroth and Zane. Zane had started going to speech therapy so that he'd be able to say everyone's names properly. 

I wake up. Today marks the official two weeks since Aph and I got home. Katelyn is laying next to me in bed. I look at her and smile. Sitting up I stretch. I hear Katelyn moves in her sleep and I hear her make a noise. Katelyn rubs her eyes and looks up at me. She gives me a soft smile and yawns. "Good morning Katelyn. How did you sleep last night?" "Good, how about you. Did you have another nightmare?" "I... I slept ok. I had another nightmare though." Katelyn looks at me with sadness in her eyes. I wish she didn't worry about me, I should be the one worrying about her. Sitting up Katelyn wraps her arms around me and cuddles up to me, "You want to talk about it?" "I... I had failed. Micheal hurt you. He forced you to do things with him. Because he was controlling you, you were happy with it. You couldn't fight back. No one cared that I was gone. Everyone liked him," I start to cry. Katelyn sits up more and turns my face towards hers. She wipes my tears off one by one, "Don't worry, I'll never be more happy with anyone." She kisses me. Every time she does it still feels just as magical as the first time when we were at A-Con 2016. We've been through so much since then. We're even officially dating now. I never thought I'd be able to actually be with her. "Hey, just talk to me Travis. When ever you need I'll be here. I'm doing better, and you being here has helped. So now I want to help you," Katelyn smiles and rests her head on my shoulder and curls up into me.
