Next Day (And Another Thank You)

Ok, so....
I decided to check up on my book again to make another chapter in my free time.
Then I see this. I am at a lost for words now. But, all I can say right now is...

America woke up on the couch to see his friends asleep as well. He looked around to see Canada on his right and Russia on his left.

'Guessing they fell asleep after me.' America thought.

He stood up from from the couch and stretched, realizing that they've been here for a day or so. America walked to the door, tried opening it again, which failed, and sighed. America started to walk around the house, trying not to wake the others up. He walked into the kitchen and sat at the table in the middle of the room. The lights still hadn't turned back on, but since it was morning, sunlight streamed through one of the windows.

America turned on his phone to see that it was at 5%. Only two minutes to actually use it. America's phone buzzed from messages that were being sent to him, so he checked to see who was texting him.

9:05 AM

Britain: AMERICA WHERE ARE YOU AND YOUR BROTHER!!!

France: Calm down, Brit. He's probably out eating breakfast with his friends right now.

New Zealand: Canada isn't responding to any of my calls, either.

France: Well, they must be asleep?

Britain: Who would be asleep at this time? IT'S 9:00 IN THE MORNING FOR GOODNESS SAKE!

Australia: I'll call them, they should probably answer.

Britain: So, any response from the boys?

Australia: Nope, not at all.

France: They're fine! If they weren't, we would've been called by now.

America's phone cut off. The screen showed an empty battery before buzzing and cutting off.

"Oh come on!" America yelled, realizing that he probably woke someone up. A few tired voices could be heard before Canada walked in. He looked like they hadn't slept in two weeks.

"Meri, why the heck did you leave the room, you could've gotten hurt!" Canada asked, event though he was tired he still was very concerned. America just ignored him and set his phone on the table. Canada sat in the chair next to his brother's and asked him a question that made America regret bringing everyone here.

"Ame...Do you think we're going to make it out of here?" Canada asked, a bit of doubt could be heard in his voice as he looked at the ground. America thought for a second. Are we going to make it out of here? Is the murderer going to kill all of us? America sighed and shook his head.

"I'm not actually sure...I hope we can leave soon..." America responded as he turned to his brother. America quickly changed the subject and smirked. "You and Ukraine have been becoming close, haven't you?" America joked, earning an elbow to the ribs from a blushing Canada.

"S-Shut up, Ame!" Canada said, as he covered his face with his hands. America laughed at his brothers actions. Canada soon jerked his head back up with a smirk on his face, making America confused.
