Ash POV

We got off the plane and I couldn't wait to see Serena! It's been forever. We walked to the area where she agreed to meet us, and I finally saw her! Her hair had grown out a little bit and reached her shoulder. She wore a white crop-top with some pink details, a red knee-high skirt, black transparent tights, and some pink sneakers. (Try to imagine that please, I can't draw. :D) She also grew a bit taller, by the looks of it. She was also there with Dawn, May and Drew who all looked practically the same. May wore her orange and green outfit, Dawn her usual outfit with the addition of white leggings and her usual skirt replaced with longer, peach-pink one. Drew just wore his usual outfit, I doubt he'd change unless his life depended on it. "Serena!" I waved to her. She waved back and I told her how dull the plane ride was. "We should get to the hotel, I have a surprise for you!" I told her, before pulling her toward luggage. We got our stuff and we went into the LIMO they managed to rent for all of us. "Wow Serena, I didn't know you guys were that famous!" I remarked somewhat truthfully. I mean, they were popular, but I never knew they were this popular. "May and Drew we're past champions, and Dawn got second so it was really easy!" Serena explained. "Cool! And soon, you'll be a Champion too!" I replied. The rest of the ride, we all had snacks, while the rest of the class got properly acquainted with them.

Serena POV

"Hey, Dawn?" Ash asked.

"Yeah, Ash?" She replied.

"What happened to Paul? Did you guys ever become friends?" He wondered.

"Well, sort of? We're friends, but we don't travel together. Maybe after Serena goes to Kalos, I'll ask him. After all, I wouldn't want to leave Serena!" She confirmed.

"Actually, Dawn doesn't want to ask him because she likes him too much and she's scared he'll say no. Personally, I think he pretends to be annoyed by her - he totally likes her. In his own way, I guess." May corrected.

I giggled and Dawn started protesting. Drew just watched with a smirk. Ash had his signature grin. Kiawe started spluttering for unexplained reasons, until we realised Mallow fell asleep on him. Again. Lana told me how they fell asleep on each other on the plane. He kept asking us for help, but they just declined and said she'd wake up if he'd ask any more. I was kind enough to help him, by leaning her against his shoulder.

"How does this help?" He asked.

"Well, she's not flopped onto you anymore. Besides, guys get broad shoulders when they get older, and I think the only reason is so girls can use them as a pillow." I clarified.

May, Dawn and Lana started laughing, while Lillie tried to keep her composure. Ash had his grin on again, on the verge of laughing. Sophocles and Drew looked mildly amused, while Kiawe just looked like a tomato.

"I can't think of a better reason." Ash joked.

"See? Ash agrees." I clarified, mock-serious.

"Hey Kiawe," Ash called.

"Yeah?" He whisper-spoke.

"You look like a tomato." He complimented.

"Gee, thanks, Ash. Real helpful." He thanked sarcastically.
