ugh first day of school, my new school of course... for the 5th time this year. My mom constantly moves from job to job in different places around the world. This time i'm going to a school in New York and i think i'll be Okay, even though i'm not with my best friend yet... she's not moving until December, it'll be a fresh start for new friends considering my sister doesn't even acknowledge me at school. Let's see how this goes. "girl's it's time to go your going to be late" yelled my mother from downstairs, of course as usual i dressed in something chill and not to outgoing like i know my sister will.

i felt like i looked decent so i went downstairs as my mother said "ohh you look so beautiful darling" she said "aw thanks mom i-" i was rudely interrupted as she pushed up me to get to my sister wearing a short flower dress, disgusting... any who, "bye mom" i said grabbing my keys and opening the door to go to the bus stop "wait for your sister" she said stirring her coffee for her "nope" i said closing the door and walking i get my phone out of my pocket and take my airpods out and put my playlist on, as i was doing so i heard a group of boys talking behind me.. i was honestly scared to look back but knowing me i did i looked back and turn back after two seconds, they were all cute either light skin or dark skins. "girl you might want to hurry, they like to mess with people" said this girl grabbing my hand and running as i look back and see them running after us "oh shit" i said as we both took off running faster "hide here" she said pulling me behind a bush as they ran pass looking for us "who are those guys" i said looking around "that's bobby, Derek, josh, jay, and Jojo" she said naming all of them "oh Ok" i said not even going to ask why they were chasing us "what's your name" she said looking at me and making eye contact "i'm Vadah" i said smiling "cool, i'm don" she said smiling back and getting up "Ok i think we're good, what school are you walking to" she said in a sweet tone "West Wood High" i said hoping she can point me in a direction "oh cool, same place come on we're gonna miss the bus" she said running, man this girl runs a lot. i ran after her and we got on the bus sitting next to each other as the boys from earlier got on, "schedule" she said putting her hand out as i gave it to her. the boys came and sat in front of us "hey Donnn" said one of them turning around "hey Derek" she said looking up and back down to my schedule "wassup best friend" said another one "hey josh" she said giving me back my schedule "we have all of our classes together, your good" she said hugging me "oh thank god" i said putting my head on hers "what's up with you ma" i heard one of them say "don't let bobby flirt with you, he does it to everyone" she said whispering to me " good to know" i said laughing "OFF THE BUS" she old bus driver yelled as we all got off "well" don said linking her arms with me "welcome to West Woods High" she said walking me into the school, this school was huge. biggest one i've been to "wow this is nice" i said looking at her and back up in awe

*DINGGGGGGGG* "oh first bell, see you guys at lunch ! come on derek come on Vadah" she said as we all walked up the stairs to my first class "good morning students, we have a new student here today ! her name is Vadah Zaniel" she said putting her arm around me "hi" i said with a sweet wave "lameee" said this rude brunette girl from the back of the class "watch your mouth skank" said don backing me up, that was so nice of her. wow.
