IF YOU HAD to describe Atsumu Miya in one word, it would be a jigsaw, except none of the puzzle pieces fit together. He's unpredictable, and when you think that you've finally figured him out, he does something that you would never expect.

It's the weekend. You close your eyes and put in earbuds to listen to your favorite music, trying to forget about your school's renowned setter. After how he's been acting and punched Osamu last week, you feel frustrated at Atsumu.

Sunshine streams through the frilly curtains of your window. It dimly lights the room, and you can feel the sunshine cascading on your face. You drum your fingers against your leg to the rhythm of the song as your mind wanders off.

You still don't know how you romantically feel for either of the Miya brothers. Atsumu is Osamu's foil in volleyball and in real life. While Atsumu can be selfish and insensitive, Osamu tends to be more passive and considerate. However, even though you would never tell him, you love Atsumu's resolve and passion for volleyball: it motivates you to work harder and be a better person.

Furiously, you scratch your head at your own confusion, messing up your hair. The Miya brothers are human, so they have their strengths and weaknesses, but you hate the fact that logic can't help you out on this one. You're a hopeless romantic who's dabbled in fanfiction and young adult novels, so you know that you should follow your heart, but what happens when it's beaten rapidly for both of them?

Your train of thought is interrupted by the sound of a doorknob turning.

"Come downstairs," your mom blurts out cheerfully, "Your boyfriend's here!"

Eyes shooting wide open, you avert your attention from the music to the opened door, and your mom waltzes in. You pause the song and take out your earbuds, wondering if you heard her correctly.

"What do you mean by that?" you ask, patting down your disheveled hair, "I don't have a boyfriend."

Your mom lightly slaps you on your arm, and you raise a brow. She sings, "No need to be shy, Atsumu's told me all about your study date today. He's waiting for you."
