Phasmophobia is the fear of ghosts. When you shiver, that usually means there's paranormal activity near you or a ghost passed you.
Do you watch a show that contains ghosts and you leave the room? Or you've had paranormal experience with a ghost and you're scared? That's probably because you might have phasmophobia.
Most people have the fear of ghosts and some people don't. I am a huge nerd about ghosts, parallel universes, and space.
Anyways, ghosts often appear as, well, ghosts with unfinished business. Since I still am not professional, I am not sure about this, so sorry.
