Clarity's POV

"No Cisco, I will not tell him," I said as I took a bite of my sandwich.

"Hey Barry," Cisco said as Barry walked in. I froze and looked up to see Barry quickly avert his gaze to Cisco.

"Hey Cisco," He replied.

"I gotta go," I told them and hopped up.

"Wait! Clarity, I need to ask you something," Barry said. I turned around and saw Cisco and Caitlin watching us like an interesting movie.

"Yeah?" I smiled.

"Can you finish up the DNA test please?" he asked me. I frowned, noticing how Barry didn't catch it.

"Yeah, sure," I replied, trying my best to keep the disappointment in my tone from showing.

"Thanks," he smiled. I nodded and walked out.

I got a text from Iris asking if I'll meet her at Jitters. I replied a 'Yes' and sped over there. When I walked in Iris looked up after hearing the bell.

"Good, you're here. I need to ask you something," She smiled.

"Last person who said that to me made me very disappointed," I told her. She gave me a confused look then quickly shook her head.

"Why did my dad tell me you and Barry almost kiss?" She smiled. I was speechless, that question really caught me off guard.

"I-I-I..." She squealed.

"You do like him!" She started doing a dance.

"Clarity likes who?" I heard Eddie ask.

"Barry. Clarity and Barry. I can totally see it!" Iris said happily. Eddie raised an eyebrow.

"I...do...not...like...B-barry," I lied.

"Okay, usually you're a good liar. But because I caught you off guard you didn't have time to come up with a lie," Iris smirked.

"Eddie, back me up on this," I said.

"Sorry but, I actually agree with Iris. Plus, you and Barry would be cute together. Nerds in love," He teased. I raised an eyebrow at him. "You know it's true," He defended.

"When have I showed any signs of liking Barry?" I crossed my arms over my chest.

"Finishing all the tests for the cases," Eddie said.

"Making him dinner when we were kids," Iris added.

"'Tolerating' dancing at the party," Eddie replied.

"Giving him cards every valentines day and birthday," Iris continued.

"Shall we go on?" Eddie asked me.

"If you do I'll tell Joe about your little, 'thing'," I said as I gestured to them.

"He knows," Iris told me.

"Dammit!" I whispered.

"Come on. Just admit it." Iris smiled.

"FINE! I may have a teeny tiny crush on him. But this stays between the three of us," I told them.

"Clarity, everyone but Barry knows," Eddie told me as he put his hand on my shoulder.

"What?" I asked.

"It's not hard to see. People are actually betting on whether you'll tell him or not." Eddie laughed. I growled and walked out of Jitters, leaving Iris and Eddie by themselves.

Cisco had just called, saying he made me a suit. I sped over to S.T.A.R. Labs and tapped his shoulder, earning a scream from him as he threw his clipboard into the air. I giggled a little and he smacked me. "What is it?" I asked him.

"The suit. Follow me," He replied. I nodded, following him into the case area that Barry's suit is in.

"It looks exactly like his," I said in awe as I touched the fabric.

"Except it's purple," I added. He nodded.

"Like it?" He asked me.

"No," I told him. He frowned.

"I don't like it, I LOVE IT!" I squealed and hugged him.

"Thank you!" I grinned.

"You're welcome. Want to test it out?" He asked me. Using my speed I grabbed the suit, changed, and sped back, Cisco not even knowing.

"Don't have to ask me twice," I smirked.

"Hey guys," Barry said. I whipped my head around, thankful he can't see my eyes, I blurred my face.

"Who's that?" Barry asked as he pointed to me.

"This is uh, tell him who you are." Cisco said as he pushed my back forward. I stumbled a little and then backed up one step. I vibrated my vocal chords.

"The Purple Streak," I said.

"You're working with us?" Barry asked me.

"Not exactly," Cisco butted in.

"He-" I stomped on his foot.

"She," He corrected. I nodded in approval.

"Works for me," He smirked. I pushed him out of the way.

"Don't push it, techy," I snarled, voice and face still blurred.

"If you work with us then why can't you show me your face?" Barry pointed out.

"Because no one can know my identity. Not even Cisco knows," I lied. Oh, he knows.

"Is this true?" Barry asked him. He nodded in reply.

"Hey Barry," Caitlin said as she walked in. Her eyes widened when she saw me. "Who's this?" Caitlin asked, assuming that Barry doesn't know it's me.

"The Purple Streak. I don't even know her identity," Cisco told her with a tone of voice saying, 'Just play along'. Caitlin nodded.

"So..." She trailed off. A beeping went off.

"I'm just gonna go. Let ya'll do your jobs," I told them and sped off.

Barry's POV
The Purple Streak's eyes look familiar. The again, anyone could have icy blue eyes. I noticed her long blonde hair, though.

"Hey Cisco. How can you not know her identity?" I asked him. He shrugged.

"Never asked. I let her do her thing. I'm just here to help her out," He told me.

"Didn't she used to wear a purple hoodie?" Caitlin asked.

"Uh, yeah. I just designed that suit and a few others today," He told us as he texted someone.

"Who're you texting?" I asked as I looked at his phone.

"Clarity. She needs to get over here to watch your training. She is giving us her opinions," He told me.
