we walked around for a few minutes until i noticed the time.

10:40 pm.

"jack." i began, swinging our entwined fingers like a 6 year old.

"yeah?" he looked over at me with a smile.

"i have to go." i said. "its getting late."

"stay for a little longer at least. please." he pouted, making his beautiful brown eyes look sadder than ever.

"but its getting late-"

jack cut me off. "i'll just drop you off at your place later or something, okay?"

i smiled faintly at him before nodding. "okay."

"okay?" he questioned with a light chuckle.

"get out of my kitchen. the fault in our stars is annoying."

jack looked taken aback. "actually, the fault in our stars is the best book ever."

"probably the only book you've ever read, thats why."

"hey! okay, maybe." he laughed, taking out his phone. he slowly let go off my hand to dial a phone number. he was calling jj.

"im gonna call squad so we can go home." he mumbled to me.

johnson finally picked up after about 3 rings. "wassup gilinsky?"

"is squad with you, man?" jack asked. "you guys ready to head home yet?"

i watched as he spoke to his best friend on the phone. this boy is just gnsgnrgmord. driving me insane and we only met today. fuckboys, i thought.

"okay. i'll see you guys at the car in 5." jack replied, hanging up.

he stretched his arms out and put one arm around my shoulder as i cuddled into his chest, yawning softly.

"is my princess getting tired?" he quietly said. his hot breath was against my ear.

"the fuck." i scrunched my nose up. "nah, im just yawning for no apparent reason. of course im fuckin' exhausted. i hate malls."

i shook my head at him and watched as a smirk plastered onto his face. he put his hands in his pocket and smiled innocently.

"i'll give you a piggy-back ride, come on." jack insisted, crouching down and signaling me to get on his back.

"let me say it the other way around."

"what other way?" he asked.

"give me a piggy-back ride." i demanded with a smile, "and its queen to you, not princess."

he bent down as i climbed onto his back, wrapping my arms around his neck. my knees were pressed against his waist and his hands held onto my thighs tightly.

"thanks." i mumbled into the crook of his neck.

"anything for you, queen. you can stay over at me and the guys' place." jack suggested, his voice vibrating through his chest.

"bow down to me."

"i'll bow down to you when youre more awake." he chuckled.

i nodded, noting that he stopped walking and took out something from his pocket. we were probably at the car already.

"dude, is she sleeping?"

"im half asleep." i said, attempting to open my half dead eye lids. "i feel drunk, hah."

"just ignore sammy. sit shotgun, reagan." a voice that sounded like johnson said.

the next time i was half awake was on a bed with warm white sheets and arms around my waist, holding me close. there was faint whispering as the bright moon shone through the window blinds.

"see you in the morning, daddario."

and then i fell into a comfortable slumber, with a smile on my lips.

i woke up to the bright sunlight coming through the window, which never happened in my apartment. i looked around seeing that there was a boy in the same bed as me and i noticed i was not in my regular bedroom.

i immediately remembered jack. the boy from versace. and everything else that happened the previous night.

i slowly turned to face jack. his eyes were closed and you could hear his steady breathing. his chest rising and falling. and he was shirtless.

i watched him for a moment, taking in his appearance. i brought my hand up to his cheek, running my fingers along the side of his face. i stopped at his eyebrows. pure perfection compared to mine. thanks for bringing my confidence down with eyebrows, fuckboy.

i froze, watching him stir in his sleep. "i know you were staring at my eyebrows."

his eyes fluttered open as i looked into his beautiful brown pupils.

"morning voices, i think yes!" i said.

he groaned.

"whateveer." i laughed, dragging out the 'e.'

"morning, daddario." he asked, wiggling his eyebrows.

"morning, gilinsky. i have a serious question." i answered, with a small smile.

"shoot." said jack, hugging my waist as he placed a light kiss on my shoulder.

"do you fill in your eyebrows?"

i bursted into laughter watching him as he heard the question. "it was a serious question and i had to ask because i want my eyebrows on fleek!"

he smiled before replying, "your eyebrows are perfect, dude. don't change them or fill them in like i supposedly do, okay? swear."

the laughter in the room died out as i smiled at him. "already do, you cant stop me."

"do you like fill them or like shape them?" jack questioned.

"i cant explain it, but my normal eyebrow is like right now so i guess shape." i tell him.

he mumbles words i can't make out, and places a kiss on my cheek.

"i heard none of those words you just said." i replied, stretching my arms out from under the covers as well as my tired legs.

"do you wanna grab brunch? it's like noon and we can invite the guys, maybe."

i nodded. "sure. invite the guys, they're probs too lazy to cook because it's early."

he looked at me with a surprised expression on his face. "noon is not early. it's like half the day gone!"

"it's too early!? give me 5 more hours, please." i groaned, lazily.

"oh god!" he said as he threw his legs over the side of the bed, revealing his plaid boxers.

"you wake the guys up. i'll be ready in 10." he said, walking over to me. he quickly kissed my forehead, before grabbing clothes from his drawers and heading into the bathroom.
