Papyrus listens as grillby tells a tale of his father selling this bar and sans buying the Deed and giving it to grillby only for grillby to refuse in fear of his father finding a way to ruin his dreams

He listens as grillby tells how sans was young and too young to be taking care of Papyrus himself and how grillby and sans both wanted. Be restaurant owners of course sans wanted a chill spot where anyone and everyone can go and be there selves and grillby wanted a respectable and cozy diner where words weren't said be you knew you where going to grillbys

He listened and understood that sans wasn't lazy he was a hard-working secret owner of his favorite restaurant, he learned that everyone stopped by for sans century station for a hotdog not for any love of hotbog or hunger but as support and friendly gossip as sans didn't get HIS RESTAURANT but he got a restaurant

Looking around papyrus realized the greasy food places he always complained about actually had exactly what both wanted it was cozy and respected and definitely a place anyone could go to be there selfs the bar the booths it all was a balance and he could see all the little things that were clearly sans input like pillows in the booths and a jukebox that only plays classics
At the end of the story papyrus shyly orders one tall milkshake
Chuckles are hear as grillby says I'll put it in your tab
