Chapter 2 - I Choose You

A/N: Anyways, I got inspired of the milestone so here's a present for you guyyss...

Sasuke yawned and sat up.

"Sasuke! Get ready, we're going to the company to choose your fiancee!" Mikoto's voice came from downstairs.

"Awww, sh*t..." Sasuke groaned and rolled his eyes. "Man, I hope there's at least one that's my type..."

Sakura brushed her teeth lazily and stared at herself in the mirror. 'I don't have to worry. There are lots of other girls.. upper class women, to be exact. So really, I have no chance of being chosen..' she thought and shrugged.

Sasuke got out of his car as they arrived at the company. "How many girls do I get to choose from?" He asked.

"There's about 20," Fugaku answered.

Sasuke sighed and puts his hands on his pockets. "That's too much... how am I supposed to choose only one girl? And what if I don't like any of them?" He groaned.

"Don't worry. They're all beautiful, and I'm pretty sure you'll at least like one of them," Mikoto put her hand on his shoulder, reassuringly.

"Whatever." Sasuke shrugged.

As they entered, Sasuke nearly gaped at the line of girls. "Oh, hell no ... This is way more than 20.."

Mebuki (Sakura's mom) and Kizashi (Sakura's dad) stepped out hurriedly. "Come on, we're late!"

They rushed Sakura out of the car. "Ok, ok, geez!" Sakura exclaimed  as her parents dragged her towards the huge building.

"Oh my god, I told you to hurry up! We're 20 minutes late now!" Mebuki scolded Sakura.

"Well, I gotta get ready, you know-,"

"Stop arguing! We need to get there before they call our names!"

Sasuke went down the line of girls, as their family names and their own names were called.

"Yamamoto family, Megumi," Fugaku announced. A girl about Sasuke's age stepped out.

Sasuke look at her, up and down, then shook his head.

"Next. Miyamizu family, Youko." Again and again, Sasuke shook his head.

"Sasuke, is there really no one you like here?" Mikoto sighed. "No." He answered immediately.

"Tanaka family, Yume," Sasuke looked at her carefully. Then, like the others, he shook his head at her.

Fugaku and Mikoto looked at each other with worried expressions. 

"Son, you have to pick one," Fugaku said with worry evident in his eyes. 

"I know ... I will.." Sasuke crossed his arms.

"We only have 4 more to go... you've rejected 42 girls so far..." Mikoto shook her head at him.

"Just keep going," Sasuke was getting irritated. None of them look interesting, fun, or his type. Sure they were pretty, but they all looked like boring, emotionless dolls.

"Takahashi family, Juri," Sasuke again, shook his head.

"...next... Haruno family, Sakura," The next girl stood in place.
