I love reading Wings of Fire Fanfictions and One-shots that other Fanwings make, though it is obvious that some phrases, curses and sayings would make no sense to the dragon community.
Before you write something like "Jesus Christ!" or something that relates to the human universe, remember that dragons have no idea of what it means. There are plenty of curses however, taht can be seeked if you carefully scan the book pages. Here is an list of some insults and phrases that I have found.

- Stars above
- Squid brain
- Camel spit/ Camel fart
- Sand snorter
- Idiot
- Stupid worm
- Smoke breather
- Jerboa head
- Moon licker/ Moon eyes
- Unripe Melon
- Igloo face
- Feather brain
- Tree killer
- Subservient worms
- Arrogant Blowfish
- Star Vomit
- Moon fire
When trying to come up with your very own WoF cuss word or phrase, try to think of something that relates to whatever tribe you have. If it's a fantribe, which is fine too, think of where they live and what climate they have, etc. It's a matter of figuring out the situation.
Also try to avoid using phrases that involve human body parts. Obviously dragons don't know what a hand is, so don't phrase 'on the other hand', try instead 'on the other talon'.
Some others are obvious, so just try to double check them before publishing.
