This song holds two points of significance. The first one ties into an assembly at school, more than 4 months ago now. I was restless, she was restless. I don't even know what the assembly was about anymore, but she kept on getting up and leaving the auditorium. So I kinda spent the assembly watching her, and by extension, her "friends". After the assembly, I had so much nervous energy and this song popped into my head.
This song also ended up being the song I played in my head as I ran my 800s for track. Somehow I ran fast to such a slow pased song? I remember the first time I played it was the first day of tryouts this season. (Which was the same day as the assembly) Or last season now. It had seemed like we were going to have such a great season. I miss those days. I was going to try and break into the fives this year. We never got to have the secret food cult, did we Retardatwotle ?
