i walked in the bathroom and opened my phone. i went to click on my email when joes mom walked in. she smiled and just came and hugged me.

"sweetie even if you didn't make it which we all know you did i just want to say i'm proud of you and joe is too." she said and i immediately started crying.

my mom has never told me that and it just felt so good to hear. i wished my mom was more like her and supportive of me.

"thank you so much you have literally no idea how much i've wanted someone to tell me that." i said smiling through my tears.

she went to leave, but i asked her to stay with me while i opened the list. she held my hand while i did and my hands were shaking. i did a quick prayer then pressed on it.

I MADE IT. I WAS GOING TO BE IN THE 2020 OLYMPICS!!! i cried out even more so excited that i finally did it. i did it dad. i made it.

"i made the team!!" i yelled and we both cheered before composing ourselves.

she walked back out and gave me a moment to gather myself. i walked to our table smiling.

"did you make it?" he asked me.

"i'd rather not talk about it." i said faking a serious tone.

"because i don't want to take the spotlight from you because i'm going to be in the 2020 olympics." i said and he jumped up.

"no way!!" he said hugging me and he did something i didn't expect. he kissed me. right in front of his parents.

"i'm so proud of you. i knew you were going to make it." he said as we sat back down.

"but it's not my night it's yours. you just made history joe." i said and he shook his head.

"i don't care what i did i care what you did. you worked harder than anyone i've ever seen and i'm glad it payed off." he said.

after that we all ate then his parents left and we left. we got back in his car and i immediately kissed him. he pulled me over into his seat so i was on top of him.

we kissed for way too long then pulled away so he could drive us to his place. he put his hand really high up on my thigh and it was really making me think about some stuff.

when we got back to his apartment we started to kiss again even more heated than before as he took off his jacket and i started to unbutton his shirt. i got it off of him and he took my top off.

i think you know what happened next. yes. joe and i did have sex. yes my friends were right he was big. and yes he is a big cuddler. after we got done i put on his clothes which were very big on me.

he got me a necklace because he knew i would make the team and i put it on. it was a chain and it looked so cool. i put it on and then we layed in his bed. he kissed all over me and i started laughing.

"joe stop." i said as he kissed me more laughing. when he finally stopped he just looked at me.

"reagan will you be my—-" then my phone started ringing. i looked and saw my moms name.

he nodded at me to answer it so i got up and went in the hall accepting it.

"hey-"

"why did joe burrow mention you in the heisman? brandon called and told me."

"we're friends."

"you didn't tell me that. your brother loves him you should stop being selfish."

"also i know volleyball was today so i'm sure you're upset that you didn't make it. stupid child just give it up you'll never be good enough." she said and something in me just snapped.

"actually i'll have you know i made it. i'm going to be in the olympics. i actually have to go." i said.

"you made it w-" she started and i just hung up. that bitch.

i walked back in his apartment and went to his room. he was sitting on the bed worried about me. i just smiled and kissed him laying down and i leaned over me.

"will you be my girlfriend?"

"for real? let me think... yes of course." i said and he kissed my forehead.

he then fell asleep and i just got in bed beside him and fell asleep. i'm so done with her. she wouldn't be proud if i found a cure for cancer nothings good enough for her.
