I snuggled deeper into my soft, warm covers. Embracing the thought of sleep with my arms wide open.

Sleep was a chance to get away from the world. The world filled with people that had decided to call me loony because I could see things 'normal people' couldn't.

I wrapped my arms around my pillow, and clutched it to my chest.

Take, for example, Flying Mint Bunny. FMB is a small, mint green bunny, with little angel wings. He told me that I was only the second person to be able to see him.

Another example would have to be her.... In the mirror, my reflection. She speaks to me, and moves around without me. Perhaps I am a little bit crazy?

'tap, tap... tap, tap, tap...'

I shot up, my pillow falling uselessly to the ground, at the sound of someone, or perhaps something, tapping on my doors.

I looked towards my doors, to find them completely closed. But, there was an odd pulsating light shining around them.

I pealed the covers off of my body, and slowly slid my feet out, and on to the cool floor. I shivered a bit once I had stood.

Taking a few steps forward I bent down and picked my pillow up off the ground, and tossed it back onto the bed.

Stepping forward again, this time towards the door. I reached my hand up, and , grasping the handles, I tugged on them gently.

I pulled the doors open and, very clearly, stood the outline of a man. A man, with large, feathered wings protruding from his back.

This man had slightly wind-blown dirty blonde hair, and piercing emerald green eyes. Above those enchanting eyes were thick, immensely bushy eyebrows. He appeared to be of average height.

My analyzation of this man, no, Angel, was interrupted by his clearing his throat.

"Hello, My name is Arthur. I apologize for arriving so late, but, I got a little distracted you see."

He scratched the back of his neck, a light blush dusted across his face. I giggled. "Not at all, although, If you don't mind my asking, Why are you here?"

I could tell by the look on his face that he was shocked at my question. Not the fact of the question itself, but the fact that I was taking the whole 'There's an angel standing outside my door' thing very well.

I laughed again. "You aren't the first non-human thing that I have ever seen."

His eyes widened in surprise at my words. I yawned, as it was rather late, and I was rather tired. "Perhaps we should speak in the morning."

Arthur spoke slowly. "No, no. It's quite alright if we talk now... Let me go make some tea."

I said, walking off towards the kitchen before he could reply. "Please, Do come in."

I called out to him over my shoulder as I clicked the button on the side of my kettle to make the water inside boil.

I had Arthur sit on the couch by the fire place, so he could be comfortable while I was in the kitchen making the tea. I started humming 'London Bridge is Falling Down" While I was waiting for the water to finish off.

Flying Mint Bunny flew in through the window at the sound of it. "Hello Viktoriya. It's late, why are you up?"

"A man, or rather angel, showed up on my door step and is wanting to have a conversation with me."

FMB look somewhat shocked at the news, and landed onto my back, so as if it was as though I was giving him a piggy-back ride. "Hurry up and make the tea so I can see this guy... I don't wanna go alone."

I giggled a slight bit at his shyness. I quickly poured out the water into the cups, each of which had a bag of Earl Grey in them. Setting FMB onto the counter, I popped my head around the corner of the kitchen door. "Do you take milk, or sugar with your tea?"

Arthur just nodded in response. I put three cubes of sugar into my own, while only putting two into Arthur's cup. I added just a small amount of milk into his cup as well. I don't put any milk into my own tea.

FMB settled himself back onto my shoulders, as I picked up the two mugs and brought them out to the living room, and set them out onto the coffee table.

I heard FMB take a deep intake of breath. "A-Arthur? Is that really you?"

Arthur spun around at the sound of his name, and as he gazed upon the tiny green creature on my shoulder, His eyes widened. "Mint Bunny... What are you doing here?"

FMB flew up into the air at that and landed right in Arthur's still slightly stunned face.

I just stood there in slight confusion. "So, you two know each other?"

Arthur nodded, before saying. “He was one of my only friends while I was human…”

“One of your only friends?!”

I exclaimed in shock. Arthur’s eyes grew while Mint bunny just smiled. “But…. But you’re super attractive! Who wouldn’t want to be around you! Your personality seems great too!”

The angels face slowly grew red at the exclamations coming from my mouth.

And that, was the first night that I met my angel.

“Viktoriya! Where are you?!”

An exhausted sounding Arthur shouted through the house. Viktoriya had suggested a game of hide-and-seek, but forbade Arthur from using his powers to locate her. A giggle sounded from the hallway closet. Arthur quickened his pace towards said closet and pulled it open. “I found y-“

His words were cut off as I tumbled out of the closet and onto him. “Whoops…Sorry Arthur…”

I whispered with a breathy laugh before leaning down and resting my head on his chest. “Wha…. What are you doing Viki?”

“Mmm, just feeling happy…”

I closed my eyes as I felt him press his lips to my forehead. I let out a quick giggle. “What’s funny?”

Arthur said, sitting up and adjusting me in his lap so I was facing him. “You missed.”

I stated, staring into his emerald eyes. They twinkled with amusement, before he pressed his lips to mine.
