When I was young, my mother once told me that the world is like a mirror. Whatever you give, the same will you receive. With innocence in my heart and glow in eyes, I believed in it. That was my motto for long period of time. Now when I look back at it, I realize that it was so wrong. She forgot to mention that if you do one mistake, none of this is actually applicable. The scar deepens to such an extent that nothing in this world can fade it out.

I often wonder why is it that you do something good, no one notices but you do one mistake, everyone's eyes are set on you. You suddenly become the centre of attraction. Someone said it right that it takes a lot of effort to build a reputation and a split second for everything to collapse. But can one mistake actually rule your life? Can it term you as a 'bad' person? People will never let you forget about it no matter how hard you try. They will keep reminding that you are wrong. They want to feel superior. Why is it so difficult for them to understand that they had just made a wrong decision, they themselves are not bad!

But doesn't everyone deserve a second chance? To prove themselves right? Then why is it that I am deprived of all chances! All I ask is for another chance. I never thought I'd get though until he came into my life and changed it, for the better.
