"this house if a fucking maze" i mumbled to myself hunting for ryland. "if you stayed you'd get used to it" someone said from behind i turned around to see ryland. i smiled. "just the person, balcony cigarette" i suggested he smiled and led me to the balcony. "you've been here three hours and you're already smoking me broke" he laughed. "you'd get used to it if i stayed" i mocked placing my elbows on the balcony. he laughed at my comment. for the next half an hour we lit cigarette after cigarette just getting to know eachother when my phone buzzed. i stopped laughing and checked my notification. "it's kouvr" i sigh "what's she saying?" he questioned. "my outfit picking expertise is needed for this party" "sounds urgent" he laughed. "party animal?" "guilty" i smirked. "you?" "you could say that" it was now his turn to smirk. i went to speak when kouvr text me again. fuck. "duty calls" i smile leaving the balcony.
time skip-
"WE LOOK HOT" kouvr screamed. "yeh we do" i smirked admiring myself in the mirror. "ARE THE CLOTHES ON" patty screamed from the other side of kouvr's door. "COME IN" she yelled. "we leave in -WOAH too revealing ladies" we all burst out laughing. "you ready" calvin began as he barged in. "WOAH TOO MANY BOOBS" we all broke down in a fit of laughter. "COME ON GUYS" mia yelled from downstairs. we all made it to our ubers.
"where even is this party?" i asked. "sway house" mia answered. "you drink?" she questioned "big time" we laughed. i really like mia she seems cool i decided to stick with her and avoid a random hook up.
half an hour into the party-
"miaaaa" "whattttt" "i'm super drunk" "me too" we broke down in a fit of laughter. paper approached us and took us outside where ryland patty and calvin were. "omg i missed you guys" "dude how much have you had it's been half an hour" patty laughed clearly concerned. "oh like ten shots" i lie. "more like 45" mia admitted. we both broke down in laughter again. "weed" paper said handing me a joint i took a massive hit and handed it to mia. "like anyone?" mia quizzed me. "there's someone i'd fuck" i admitted. the shit part of being drunk is the brutal honesty it comes with. "who?" ryland asked. "you" we all broke down in laughter except ryland who looked genuinely shook. after five blunts me and mia were both jaded and drunk and decided to go inside. "hey mia" drunk thomas slurred. "hey sexy" she winked. "i'm gonna throw up and it won't be the alcohols fault" i managed to slur utterly grossed out. "upstairs" thomas questioned mia. and with that she gave me a hug goodbye and left. i went to find the boys but what i found was drunk ryland kissing some girl. "they don't call you a fuckboy for nothing" i said grabbing a bottle from the table next to him. "guilty" he smirked. i wasn't hurt i was too intoxicated to be hurt. we went for our somewhat traditional balcony cigarette absolutely wasted. "you're hot" he smirked "so are you" i said and with that we broke into a massive laughing fit. eventually all my new friends were out on the balcony and at some point we all managed to pass out.
the next day -
calvins pov-
i wake up first and scroll through my socials not ready to deal with a bunch of hungover teenagers. i eventually decide to venture through my camera roll. i laugh uncontrollably at all the videos i have of everyone. suddenly my head began to pound and i got really dizzy and before i knew it i was sick all over patty. "WTF CALVIN" he screamed. "DUDE STFU" paper chimed in. "what's going on" mia groaned. by now everyone was awake and looking and patty's sick covered leg. before i knew it they were all sick over patty in unison. "cute co-ordination guys" dehli laughed . that sent us all into a fit of laughter even patty. "look at the mess" thomas groaned. "josh is gonna make us clean it up" chase sighed. "RUN" dehli screamed and with that we all stumbled out of sway laughing our asses off. we haven't had this much fun in ever. maybe dehli's what our group needs. it sucks she's leaving in six days. i've only known her twenty four hours and she's already like a sister to me.

"SHIT" i yell noticing i just died in fortnite. "question" "go on alex" i groaned. "who was the lucky girl last night then" "oh - uh i was making out with this blonde chick but then dehli started speaking to me so uh no one" "you like her" "WHAT no i don't dehli's like a sister" "that's one alabama brother sister relationship then" "very funny alex" "look i'm serious dehli had tons of boys hitting her up last night and you had tons of girls but you'd rather smoke with eachother on a balcony, somethings up with that" "you make a good point but she leaves in six days and she's here to help kouvr not hook up with me" i defended myself. dehli is the perfect girl for me if i was to settle down and have a real relationship but i'm not ready for that am i?
