You're So Good to Me
You and Lucas have been longtime friends. You two still hang out and stay in touch frequently. While you were playing Sims 4, you heard your phone vibrate. You looked down at your phone and saw a notification that said WayV would be having their own concert held on Vlive. You were so excited and proud of them, especially Lucas. You wanted to congratulate them so you planned to buy them some balloons and a cake. You called Kun to ask if they were free for the day and he said yes. You put on a casual outfit and headed to the store to buy some things to bring to their dorm. Once you got everything you ordered a lyft to the dorm.
When you got there you knocked on the door while struggling to hold the cake and balloons. YangYang opened the door, he immediately smiled and gave you a hug. "What are you doing here," he said. You just smiled and put your finger up to your lip as you walked over to the dining table to set everything down. When you were done sitting everything down you were about to explain why you came over to YangYang but was interrupted by Bella's barks. Everyone came out of their rooms immediately to see what was going on. "Y/n?" Ten said. "Uh...surprise!" you said trying to yell over Bella. Lucas immediately laughed and walked over to you and gave you a hug. "Yah Bella it's just Y/n," Lucas said while picking her up and calming her down. You smiled at Lucas. "I'm so proud of you guys being able to do the beyond live concert so I wanted to celebrate," you said. "Aww she really loves us, " Hendery said in a mocking voice. You just laughed and rolled your eyes. "Yay cake!" WinWin shouted as he walked over to the table. You all sat down while Kun cut the cake.
For the next couple of hours you guys talked and played games. Tomorrow was gonna be busy for them though, so you decided to say your goodbyes and leave. But before leaving Lucas stopped you. "You're taking a lyft home right?" Lucas asked. "Yup" you said. "Let's wait outside together then" he said with a childish grin. You shook your head yes and you both walked downstairs and sat on the bench outside their dorm. "How far away is your lyft?" Lucas asked. "Uh let me see. Mmm 7 minutes" you said looking up from your phone. "Good. Y/n I really wanna tell you something" Lucas said with the most sincere look. "Yeah what's up Xu," you said looking a bit concerned. He grabbed both your hands and looked directly into your eyes. "I...I'm so thankful for what you did today. I saw that the boys were so happy and it's so amazing that you even thought to come to us today" Lucas said. "Aw Lucas it's really no probl-" he cut you off. "Wait Y/n, I'm not only grateful for what you did today but I'm grateful that you supported me since we first met. You've always been there for me. You're so good to me. And recently we really haven't been able to hang out but just know that I love...you" he barely managed to get that last part out because of the tears and overwhelming feeling he had. You let go of his hands and pulled him in for a hug. He sobbed in the crook of your neck. You barely managed to hold back your tears. "Lucas you know I love you and will forever be with you. Don't ever think otherwise" you said while pulling his face from your neck so you to could look directly into his eyes. He just smiled but still sat there shedding tears like the big baby he was. You just laughed at him and wiped them away. You felt your phone vibrate. Your ride was now pulling up. "Lu I have to go" you said while standing up. Your ride pulled up. As you were getting in it Lucas yelled "I love you." "Love you more" you yelled back while laughing.
