it's been 2 years since jackson graduates from high school,so it means that it's also been 2 years since jackson had broken up with his boyfriends,mark and jinyoung.
they decided to break up with him because they're gonna move to somewhere else,and they're afraid that they can't commit a long distance relationship.
jackson was,and still is heartbroken. he loves them,both of them. he's not sure if they're still together or not. his life was a mess,complicated. but now,he has rearranged his life,and he's doing pretty great. just without a lover because he couldn't move on from the past.
today,he has a class reunion from high school,and he decided to went because what's wrong with that? doesn't mean his exes are gonna be there.
once he arrived,he went straight to the class,warmly greeting his teacher and some friends.
"jackson ! how are you doing,buddy?" jaebeom asked,ruffling his hair.
"boy,you met me 2 days ago for a drink !" jackson said,making them laugh.
suddenly,the class' door is opened,revealing someone that jackson didn't expect to be here,at all.
it was mark and jinyoung,they came together,holding hands.
they look so good,and very happy,jackson thought.
"sseun? you okay?" youngjae asked,knowing well what happened between them.
"i-i'm okay ! it's a happy day guys,we can't be sad !" jackson said,smiling brightly. but he couldn't hide the fact that there's stinging pain inside his chest right now.
he missed them,so so much.
jinyoung suddenly looked at jackson,sweet memories filling his mind. he missed that boy,just like mark,he does too.
"sseunie,how have you been?" jinyoung asked,suprising jackson.
"o-oh i've been well !" he lied,and of course,jinyoung always knew.
"you're losing weight,jackson. eat more yeah?" mark said,caressing his cheek. jackson couldn't stand this,it hurt him.
they're obviously still together,the way mark wrapped his arm around jinyoung's waist,the way they stare at each other. it's killing jackson. he loves them,and will always do.
"s-sure markie" that nickname slipped out of his mouth,just when he's about to apolagise,mark smiled at him,telling him that it's okay.
the whole reunion was fun,jackson finally got to release some of his stress. when he's about to head back,jinyoung tapped his shoulder.
