Avneet and Vaish went shopping and got all the necessary materials. They even bought extra and dropped it off at the hospital and clinic for future emergencies. They got home by 4 pm and were so tired. They both dropped onto the couch and took a nap. Vaish woke up around 5:30 pm and woke Avneet up too. They watched tv for a little bit and then it was 6:30 pm. They got changed into some casual outfits and were heading down to the restaurant in their apartment for dinner since both of them were too tired to cook anything after that long shopping spree.

They locked their main door and turned around to go to the restaurant when suddenly someone bumped into Avu and spilled fruit punch all over her sweatshirt.
Avu: Idiot! You ruined my new sweatshirt!
She looked up to see who it was and didn't believe her eyes. The Siddharth Nigam?! What was he doing here?!
Sidd: Oh my God, I am so sorry! I didn't mean to do that, it was an accident I swear! Avu: You...you...you Vaish: Oh my god hi Siddharth! It's fine. Sidd: Were you guys going out? Vaish: I totally forgot about dinner tonight, sorry! We were just going down to the restaurant, would you two like to join us? Sidd: Yeah sure. By the way, this is my older brother, Abhishek. Vaish: Nice to meet you Abhishek. I'm Vaishnavi. Abhi: Nice to meet you too Vaishnavi. Sidd: And you are? Avu: you...you...you
Vaish smacked Avu's back.
Avu: Avneet, nice to meet you. Sidd: I'm Siddharth nice to meet you too. Vaish: If we are done with our introductions shall we head down?
They all walked down to the restaurant and took their seats. They were all talking about their careers and what got them interested.
Abhi: So Vaishnavi, what do you do? Vaish: Call me Vaish guys, and I own a pediatric clinic. Sidd: Oh yeah you told me. So what got you interested in that? Vaish: Well I am adopted, and I still visit the adoption center and meet all the kids. I've grown very fond of children and I was interested in medical things so I combined the two together and yeah, here I am! Abhi: Wow that's amazing! Guys call me Abhi, I actually own an adoption center in London. It's called Nigam Families. The backstory behind the name is because I say that all of the kids are my family. I love each and every one of them. Vaish: Oh wow... that's so sweet. Avu: Call me Avu, I'm a doctor at John's Hopkins Hospital. I was born in India actually and I'm from a not so rich family. I got a scholarship to study in New York and now here I am. I always wanted to be something big, so I worked hard... and Vaish helped out with the living and all. But we both split the rent now. Sidd: Oh are you both sisters? Vaish/Avu: No not blood sisters, but we act like it.
Both girls looked at each other and started laughing. The boys chuckled.
Sidd: Call me Sidd. I'm a well-known doctor in London. I work at- Avu: St. George's hospital.
Said Avu while stuffing her mouth with pasta. Everyone looked at her and she stopped.
Avu: I mean... I guess... It's the most popular hospital in London... Sidd: Actually you're right haha. The reason I wanted to be a doctor was that- Avu: You love working with people and you wanted to make yourself something since you're from a rich family and you didn't want to be something off of your parents' names.
Sidd and Abhi just looked at each other. Vaish nervously chuckled.
Vaish: Avu, why don't you just say his whole life story? Avu: Sure! So Siddharth Nigam was born on- Vaish: AVU! I was kidding! Avu: Oh...
Both brothers looked at the girls and started laughing.
Sidd: I'm guessing this means you've read my biography and magazine interviews? Avu: Yeah... haha. I promise I'm not a stalker. Sidd: Okay 😂 Vaish: So what brought you guys to come here? Abhi: Actually I was thinking of opening another adoption center here too. Plus Sidd had a meeting with the medical board of the World Medical Association. So we got both things done. Avu: Oh... are you guys going back? Sidd: Actually since we are here for the first time we thought we would check out New York first and then go back. Vaish: That's perfect! We can show you around here! Sidd: Really? That would be amazing! Avu: Yeah sure no problem! Abhi: But don't you guys have work? Avu: We can go out after work hours, I can skip overtime for a couple of weeks, that's fine.
They made all the plans of what day they would go where. Avu forgot about the disease for a bit and forgot about all her worries. With all three of them, she felt like she was at home, with her family.
