Chapter 1

Priyanka POV

"Mom I'll be fine I promise I will come and visit whenever I can." I said to my mom as she was hugging me I could feel her crying.

"Baby I'm so proud of you I just can't believe that you are all grown up and you are going to college." She pulled away from the hug seeing her cry was going to make me cry, but I didn't I wanted to be strong for her. "Hey don't worry you still have Bell here in the house." I said as she walked into my room "and you know she will always make your day no matter what." I said as I looked at her.

"I know it's just that I'm going to miss seeing you everyday, and talking to you now I'm only going to see you occasionally and we will only talk when you are free." My mom hugged me tighter I really want to cry. An that's exactly what I did I finally let all my tears fall.

"Hey since your going to college can I have your room?" Bell said with a big smile on her face she was trying to lighten the mood. I pulled away from my and wipe my tears away I looked at Bell "um.. no stay out of my room just because I'm leaving doesn't mean you can come in here."I wrapped my arm around her shoulder bringing her into a side hug. "Hey let me go... and besides why does it matter it's not like you are going to need the room." She pouts.

"We are really going to miss you no matter how much this one says she won't." My dad says as he looks at Bell. Bell and my relationship is like your normal sister relationship but, it's different at the same time. "You know who I'm going to miss.. Joanne Hopefully she doesn't forget me." I look at her with disbelief "really your going to miss Joanne my friend first, but your not going to miss me." She rolls her eyes and laughs as she pulls me into a hug. "Of course I'm going to miss you how could I don't you're my big sister."

"Hey guys hate to ruin the moment, but Prips here has to get going if she wants to meet up with Joanne." My dad said I pulled away from the hug "Oh my god I forgot I was meeting her thanks for reminding me." We picked up the rest of the boxes and went outside to put them in my car. "I love you baby so much please make sure you call us when you get there and tell Joanne hi for me." My mom hugged me one last time. I got in my car pulling out of the driveway I waved at my family then pulled away.

I turned on the radio they were play Doja Cat 'Say So'. I instantly started to vibe to the song I really wanted to dance to it, but I guess I will settle with singing it.

I could see the university up ahead it's so big hopefully I can find Joanne In there. I turned down the music to look for a parking spot. (Am I the only person who does this.) I had took circle the parking lot to find a spot, and when I did someone else was looking at that spot too. They pulled in before I could, when they got out of the car a girl came up to mine. "Hey sorry about that but these spots are reserved for upperclassmen and I'm assuming that you are a freshman right," the girl asked. "Yes I am sorry for almost taking your spot can you point me to where I need to go."

"Yeah sure just go two more rows down and you will find it." She pointed behind me. "Thank you so much I'm priyanka by the way." I put my hand out for her to shake. "Your welcome and I'm Carlyn and that's my boyfriend Roy." She turned her head to the guy who I now know is Roy. "I will let you go now thanks again for the help." I pulled away from her and went to the freshman parking.

I finally found a spot thank god I don't think I could circle the parking lot again. I grabbed one of my bags and a box for now I can come out later to get the rest. "Okay now I need to call Joanne to see where she is at." I was trying to grab my phone but my hands were to full. I ended up dropping the box causes some things to fall out.

"Here let me help you." I know that voice. I looked up and seen Perry I got up to hug him. "I missed you so much." I said as I swayed with the hug. "I missed you too and Joanne by the way she is looking for you." He pulled away from the hug to pick my box. "Okay and since you are here maybe you can help me with some of these boxes I was just going to come back to get them, but since you are here you can help." I have him my famous heart warming smile.

"I can't believe you got me carrying all these boxes I was okay with a few,but come on now." Perry says I only laugh I was carrying two box and one of my bags. "Don't worry we are almost to my dorm I can get the rest later." I was looking for dorm number 127 it has to be coming up soon. "She really got you to carry all that here let me get one of those for you." Joanne walks up to us she grabs a box from Perry. "Thanks if I'm being honest my arms were getting kinda of tired."  Joanne and I just laugh at him "hey look we are here and plus you didn't have to agree to carry those." I said I grabbed my key and opened the door I was meet with girl that had blonde hair.

"Hi you must be my roommate my Name is Vanya." I went to shake her hand but she hugged me. "I'm Priyanka nice to meet you." I said as I got out of the hug. "Sorry I probably should have told you I'm a hugger." She laughs man I can already tell she is a vitamin C. "It's okay these are my friends Perry and Joanne." She shakes their hands afraid to scare them off. "Well I guess we will leave you guys to get to know each other maybe she can help you with the rest of your stuff." Perry says he grabs Joanne and they leave waving at us.

"So tell me about yourself I really want to get know my roommate." Vanya asked turns out that she was down to help me with the rest of my stuff, I got to know a lot about her. "Well lets see where should i startyou already know my name im 19 i have a little sister i think you would like her you both kinda have the same energy." she laughs "ive been told that i have the same energy as a little kid if you think im bad then you should see me with my two friends we are the crackhead trio." she says. "I would like to meet them and just to let you know my sister is 15 so your not that much of a little kid." we walked back to the dorm. "Thanks again for helping me with my things you didn't have to."

"Don't worry about hey just letting you know freshman orientation is going to start we should head out." Vanya said I totally forgot about it thank god for her. "Okay let's go thanks for reminding me." We walked out and headed for the orientation. The halls were crowded with people hopefully I can find my friends with all these people.
