When Kirishima got to courthouse, he walked into the courtroom. The officers behind him and his hands cuffed for safety reasons. He looked around the room to see some heros he didn't know but saw at the fight yesterday with All For One, there were around ten of them.
He stood in front of the judge not really sure why he was here. "Eijiro Kirishima, I have called you here for what has happened. You have showed that you are not in the mind set off a villian no more and that you will not go back to that dark path you where on," The judge told him. Kirishima blinked in confusion.
"Sir, may I ask what's going on?" Kirishima asked him.
"The hero's that saw the fight and that helped you, told me what you did. I was really surprised to hear that you have changed in the last four years. I have also asked for your medicale papers and your physical exam results. You are on a slow recovery, and you're starting to show the traits of a hero, but the thing is, you have killed multiple low rated heros and robbed banks and high security labs. You also killed and tortured civilians. It will be hard to come back from that," The judge told him.
Kirishima knew what he had done in the past. He was in the mindset of revenge when he went to the league and they influenced him more as he got older and he just got used to that lifestyle and his disorders did help.
"Kirishima, there are two questions that I have for you. I would like you to answer them truthfully," The judge told him. Kirishima nodded his head. "Why did you become a villain in the first place?"
Kirishima signed. "My dad was really abusive ever since my mother got pregnant with me. He didn't want me so he tried to kill me a few times while my mom was pregnant but it didn't work and ever since I was born my dad abused me. He called me names and beat me up. I was also bullied at school a lot. But around the first year of middle school my mother hung herself in front of me. Not long after, I snapped at my dad and ran off to help get revenge for what he did to me and my mother. So I joined the league of villains. They trained me and not long after I murdered my own dad. I guess at the time I liked the feeling of killing people and making people suffer the way I did," Kirishima told him truthfully. There was no reason for him to lie.
The hero's looked at him with a sad look. Knowing why he became a villain they started to understand why he is how he is. Anyone would want to do the same thing if they had to go through that.
"I'm sorry to hear that you went through something like that," The judge told him, feeling a bit sad that he went through that. "My other question is, what is your relationship with Ground Zero, aka Katsuki Bakugo?" Kirishima swallowed thickly.
"Why do you want to know that?" He asked him.
"The hero's told me that you were really worried about him when he got hit by one for all and that he came to protect you. The therapist also said that he seems to be the only one you think about when your 'you'," He told him. He was talking about Eijiro.
Kirishima didn't want to answer but he knew he had too even if he's in front of the other heros. "We're dating. We've been dating since the first year of high school," Kirishima told him. He heard the hero's gasp.
"Do you actually love him and does he love you?" the judge asked him. Kirishima felt offended that he was questioning his love for Bakugo, but he wasn't really sure about Bakugo.
"Of course I love him. He was the only one that stayed by me after finding out I was a Villain and changed my friends minds about me once they found out. He was the first one out of the league that the real me was comfortable to be around for years and I'm sure he loves me too," Kirishima told him.
"Good to hear. You only have a few years till you're allowed out of the mental institution. Once your healed mentally I'm going to give you another shot at being a hero and you'll be under the custody of Katsuki Bakugo," The judge told him.
Kirishima couldn't believe his ears. He was able to be free and be with Bakugo again and not have to worry about time limits or security guards. He loved the idea of being able to be a hero and be with Bakugo.
"Thank you sir," Kirishima told him with a bow and a smile on his face.
"But the thing is you can only do hero work if your actually needed and if your not needed them you stay home," the judge told him.
"Are you sure it's a good Idea sir? People are scared of him," one of the heros said.
"The people will have to get over it, Kirishima isn't Red Blood anymore," The judge told them. The doors then swung open with Kirishima's friends but no Bakugo.
"Yeah, he's Red Riot now!" Mina said. Kirishima looked back at them with a smile.
"Alien Queen, I told you to stop this kind of thing," The judge told her. She giggled.
"I'm sorry, i just couldn't help myself, but we came here to confirm to you that Ground Zero will be out of commission for a while," Mina told him.
"What? Why?" he asked.
"Kacchan lost his hearing and he has a lot of head trauma," Deku told him. Kirishima looked at them worriedly. His friends saw this.
"But they are getting him hearing aids and his head will be healed in a couple of weeks," Kaminari said, it was more towards Kirishima.
"That's good to hear. Now leave or sit down so i can finish with Kirishima," The judge told them. They nodded their heads and sat down. "Now, because I am letting you go earlier than I'm supposed to, well you weren't going to be let free anyways, but when you get out you have to be on your best behavior and if you hurt a hero or a civilian you will not like your punishment." Kirishima nodded his head. "And your relationship with Ground Zero would be best if you keep it a secret and everyone here is not allowed to say anything about it. If it gets out it can cause trouble for him and Zero," he told the heros. They all nodded their heads. "You guys are dismissed."
The police walked up to Kirishima and told him it's time for him to get back to the mental institution. He nodded and they left. He said bye to his friends before he left.
He was put in a different room. It looked more like an actual bedroom but it had to quirk dampeners and the door locked from the outside. He couldn't wait for when he was healed and to be with Bakugo again but he was also scared.
He was a ex-villain that worked for One for All and he did so many bad things. He was scared that no matter what he did the civilians and some hero's will still see him as that villain he used to be. Eijiro really couldn't see himself as a hero but he wanted to be one. He's killed so many people that it's hard to just stop.
Ever since he got to the mental institution the people here have been helping him get better. They help him with all his disorders and he's able to vent to them and they don't judge him. He likes that but once he leaves here he's going to be judged for his dark patch. And he was scared. Scared that if people found out about him and Bakugo they would hate him for who he's dating and judge him for it. He didn't want that. He didn't want that at all.I hope you guys are ok that I am making them let him go but if he does do anything like hurt someone on purpose then he will be sent to prison. So hoped you like it. Bye!
