"And Mr. Andino if there's anything else I can do for you let me know." Dean didn't look up at his assistant, he just waves her off because she was disturbing his work. "Thanks, close the door on your way out would you." It was more of a demand then a question, like he tended to do for most people.
Lottie huffed in frustration because of Dean's dismissal of her. She had worked for him for four years and he has yet to notice her. The tight clothes, the lingering stares, the flirting, the extra work she put in just for him, but he never paid attention to it or her.
Lottie had enough and finally snapped. "ARE YOU BEING SERIOUS? I've been working for you for four years and you have yet to notice me. Come on, I know you aren't getting what you need at home. Let me take care of you." She leaned against his desk with her boobs almost in his face and looked down at him smirking.
Dean looked up from his computer, her breast still at eye length. Dean sighed before leaning back in his leather computer chair. His left arm rested on the arm rest while he twist his ring around his ring finger. "You know that I'm a married man right?" He looked at Lottie lifting one of his eyebrows in question.
"Yes...and I also know that you're not happy either. So let me help you out." She walked around the desk and stood in front of Dean, then bent over with the plans of her hands resting on the front of his thighs and licked her lips and her breast again on display.
(Earlier That Day)
I called a car service to take me home and far away from this place. "Before you drop me off to that first location can we go by a pharmacy please? I'll tip extra." The driver nodded and dropped me off and waited while I ran into a 24 hour pharmacy to grab a Plan B. I was on birth control and I saw a few empty and unused condom wrappers on the floor back at the hotel, but I wasn't willing to take any chances.
I paid for my purchase and hopped back into the car. I tried to remember what happened last night but I couldn't after kissing Alicia. "Shit Alicia." The driver looked up at me through the rear view mirror in concern. "Sorry, long night." He nodded at me, but I could tell he thought I was crazy.
I pulled out my phone and called Alicia, it rung but then when to voicemail. I assumed she was asleep because it was around 5 am currently. So I would just give it a rest until a little later on when the sun was actually out and people were up and moving about. I finally got home and took a well deserved shower and change clothes, had a healthy breakfast of oatmeal and took a early morning nap.
Ping. Ping.
I awoke out my sleep to my phone going off. I grabbed my phone thinking it would be Alicia, but instead it was an email from a potential client. I read it over basically it was a typical case of arguing and lack of sex, my speciality. I sent a straightforward, professional reply; Dear Mrs. Andino, thank you for your interest in my services. After reading over you email, I've agreed to meet with you and your husband to get a better understanding of the situation. Let me know when will be a good time for meeting with you both and I will clear my schedule. Thank you, Chanel Garrett
I laid back on the couch and sighed. After wallowing in self pity for most of the day, I finally get the courage to get up. I stepped off the couch and hear a crunch, actually it was more of a crinkle of a paper bag. I picked it up and looked inside. There I saw my Plan B and remembered I didn't take it yet, I rushed off the couch to the kitchen to get some water to take my pills with. After taking it I tossed it in the trash and took the trash out for trash day tomorrow.
I was hungry and didn't know if I wanted to make something or order out. After a moment contemplating, I decided to get my lazy ass up and make something. Before I did anything though I sent Alicia a text; Me: Hey babe. I miss you. I wanted to know if you got home safely and I got some tea to spill. Call me back. 😘 Then got up and scouted my kitchen out for what I could make. My stomach growled in hunger as I started to make Stuffed bell peppers, meatloaf and a Whitney Pink Lemonade slushee.
I could of kissed myself because it looked so good. I smashed down on three of my four peppers and a little less than half the loaf. I was miserable, but satisfied and stuffed. I decided to end tonight with the rest of my slushee and good movie. I awoke to notifications on my phone. I grabbed it and one stood out from the rest. It kinda broke my heart too.
Allypooh 🥰: I'm fine. I just don't want to talk right now. Please, just give me space.
Me: Okay, just know that I'll be here when you ready and whatever I did I'm sorry. I love you babes.
Allypooh 🥰: Thanks!
(On the other side of town)
Dean straightened his suit as Lottie walked out the office doors. Lottie brought something out of him only Charlotte could. Honestly he wanted to call off the rest of the day because he was exhausted, but work needed to be done and he wasn't going to let a moment of distraction stop him from finishing what he had started.
Anyways after work, he headed home for a night of relaxation, but of course that wasn't possible because Charlotte was waiting for him as soon as he walked in the door. "Are you busy after work tomorrow?" Dean sighed, he knew he was probably going to be roped into some double date with Charlotte's friends or his mother-in-law was on her broom stick on her way to their place.
"Why?" Dean unloosened his tie as he walked in the kitchen to get him a drink, Charlotte followed him. "Because we're going out for drinks with the marriage counselor, the one Stella recommended." Dean rolled his eyes. There it was the dreaded moment, he wasn't really feeling this therapy thing. Just another waste of money. "Char, I don't even know why we're doing this honestly. I don't think we've reached that level."
"So you think our arguing is normal. Dean we can barely be in the same room without the nitpicking." Charlotte asked as Dean poured himself a drink. He gulped down his drink and poured another one. He was beginning to get a headache and he knew this was just another lost cause. "Fine, but I'm not going to like it. I'll show up but don't expect me to talk." He only agreed so she would leave it alone. Charlotte clapped her hand and jumped when he agreed. "This is going to be good for us I promise." She left to call Stella. Meanwhile Dean was drunk down his glass and grabbed his head. "Oh God, please help me."
Dean and Charlotte patiently waited for Chanel to show up. Drinks sat in front of them, Charlotte nervously tapped her fingernails against the table. It was irritating Dean, so he blurted our the first thing he could think of. "I fired Lottie." Charlotte stopped and turned towards Dean. "What, why?" Lottie has been around for years and she'd always seemed like a sweet girl, so it came to a shock when Dean has said he fired her. If anything she would have though she would have quit due to Dean's assholery, but since she's been here awhile she would have been used to it at least.
"She tried to get me to fuck her." Dean though back to that exactly moment. Lottie bent down, her hands rested on his thighs as she bit her lip. Her breast on full display. "I want you Dean, don't you want me?" She asked trying her hardest to seduce Dean. Dean leaned closer to her and whispered. "You know what I want? What I really want?" He looked down Lottie's body enticing her to lean in closer. "What?" Lottie whispered back flirtatiously.
"You...to...get the fuck outta my office, get your shit and leave because your fired and if I see you anywhere near me or my family consider yourself blacklisted and a target on your back. Now are you sure you still want me sweetheart?" Dean whispered in the same tone she had smirking, while Lottie tried to hold her tears back, but that didn't last long because she bust out crying and ran towards the door. "Hey Lottie." Dean called out to her standing up, she turned around her hand on the doorknob. "Leave your badge and keys on the desk."
Lottie was pissed, she taught maybe he had changed his mind. Instead he had continued to taunt her. She pulled her keys off her wrist and threw them towards Dean, luckily for him they flew past him and hit the blinds. Then she ran out loudly crying. Dean straightened his suit as she left out the door. "Damn and she could make damn good coffee." Charlotte mouth hung open as Dean recalled the story to her, but before she could reply.
"You must be the Andinos'?"
