He saw his poster half tore, stuck on the wall as he glanced down, with his eyes filled with guilt and shame.

Before it could all turn into tears.

This was what I was afraid of you thought as you saw Taehyung's knees buckling up and his knees hit the floor hard.

He ruffled his hair as he shook his head hard, trying to shake off what he just saw.

He couldn't accept it.

You felt bad for him yet you stayed cold.

This was the reality.

This was what he made you do after messing up your dream career.

You just kept quiet. You let him decide.

He breathed hard as his eyes got teary. He looked at like he couldn't control it.

After a few minutes he let out a heavy sigh which seemed to give him all the courage to speak.

"So, Hi Y/N, ex- A.R.M.Y" he said as he tried to look into your eyes, which were starting to get swollen up. He looked into your eyes.

His eyes were soft yet had a tough look.

You tried to look back into his eyes which were starting to redden up.

That's when a sudden sound sprang in the silent room. It was a tune from the BTS song "Fake Love".

He slid his hand into his pocket and took his phone out.

He let a soft smile and muttered something you couldn't figure out.

"Ah! Jiminiepabo! How are you bro?! I missed you so much you know" his enthusiastic voice turned soft at the last sentence.

You smiled at the thought of the beautiful bond Tae shared with Jimin, It was a beautiful friendship which is so rare to find.

But when you took a look at Tae's face, you knew that it was only his voice which was enthusiastic.

You stayed silent until he was done talking.

" Hey Jimin-ah ,I have a lot to tell you, but I'm kinda.. have something to deal with so I'll just give you my address and you come over at 5 okay?" he said hung up.

He wiped his face with his hand before he turned to face you.

" So Y/N ! never knew you were a umm... Ex A.R.M.Y?" he said and wiped his tears before looking straight into your eyes.

Part of you wanted to fall on the floor, crying but the other brave part held you up. You just stayed quiet. The fault wasn't yours so you looked back into his eyes without fear.

Surprisingly he let out a soft chuckle.

"I seriously wanted to talk to you about this after lunch today, but I didn't think I would face this so early..." he said as he sat on my beanie which was lying near the door.

"Got scared uh? Don't worry, the Tae you met won't change" he said as he signalled you to sit on the bed and that's when you realised you were standing.

"Tae I wanted to-" you started but tae cut you off.

"No Y/N it's me who's supposed to talk, so let me finish" he said.

You were pretty shocked at the drastic change in his behaviour within seconds.

" Y/N I'm truly sorry about what I did to your youtube channel. I didn't remember you well the day I moved in-"

"Tae what are you talking about-"

"Stop it Y/N! I know the truth and stop lying for my sake again!" Tae shouted and it gave you chills.
